The best thing to happen in kpop was having Chungha go solo. She would have had to dim her shine to match a group.

I was completely knocked out when her beautiful face with the dark make-up appeared on the screen
I swear to God shes easily becoming, in my opinion, one of the top female soloist performers in the kpop industry. I've been in to kpop for almost 14 years now so you can imagine me being a fan of older generations of kpop idols, im rarely into the newer groups and soloists nowadays. Only a few idols today capture me with their charisma and powerful stage presence when they perform and one of them is chungha. She executes every concept she does at top notch level. Shes a new artist in the game and shes already considered as good as some other top female idols. Along with her popularity that is increasing at a fast rate. Talented in vocals, dance, visuals etc. and is fkn humble to the days. MNH entertainment hit the fking jackpot.

데뷔한지 3년 정도 밖에 안 됐을 땐데 소화하기 진짜 힘든 블랙을 저 정도로 소화한게 대단하다. 진짜 이효리 곡은 커버 아무도 못한다.

I watched both the performances of lee hyori and chungha. Chungha dances the choreography better. But what I like in Lee Hyori's perf is the vibe she's giving. Very mysterious. While chungha is sexy and fierce. Both are great nonetheless. Looking forward to chungha's upcoming comebacks. Hope she'll do this kind of music in the future.
