I have already shown this to some dance friends in Melbourne, Australia, and they wish you were their teacher! I watch the Latvian dancers on you tube and can understand why they are so good with teachers of your quality to learn from.

Thanks Rene for interesting question. If you count beats in bar - 123. If you count bars and beats - 123 (first bar), 223 (second bar), 323 (third bar), 423 (fourth bar) and so on. Bars in music form phrases. Hope it helps.
