I think Hendrick and Gibbs caved because the new deal limits teams to 3 charters EXCEPT Hendrick and Gibbs get to stay at 4. So for them they get to keep their advantage and stay on top. But NASCAR is going to regret it when the story becomes “Michael Jordan v NASCAR” across every sports channel and news source.
Man this charter shit is ugly. If this gets real bad and everything is all screwed up, and splits and whatever it's gonna piss me off too.
