it's not excatly jyp who decided or forced that, the girls talked about them discussing with their division about what they want to do , when once asked Jeongyeon for exemple about if she has a solo album in the works before Nayeon news she said she is still not ready for one,maybe in the future,she want not to pressure herself & do what she feels comfortable in; Chaeyounng is preparing one (with a lot of her own produced music & style);MISAMO seems to like to work as unit for now before venturing into solos, Dahyun want to try acting (she already filming 2 movies & Tzuyu is preparing something but its still a secret; so all activities is decided by the girls before the management;
