Cape Cod, MA- Sandwich: The Beach

The Beaches here get a lot of heat (no pun intended). They may not be as sandy or have as warm of water as some of the other beaches around the world, or even on The Cape…That’s just the way I want it. I like the feeling of walking over sharp rocks as my feet become numb from the frigid 55 degree water temperatures. It builds character. At first I am always amazed that people come from far and wide to get a glimpse of these beaches, but then I stick my beach chair in the sand and understand exactly what they came for. Shout out to neighboring town Barnstable, and Sandy Neck for the assist on this one. If you have a Corona or a White Claw handy, now may be a good time to crack it open.
