Absolutely, sir! To me this is not just the finest Hindi song of Yesudas, but, I reckon this to be the most lilting, most beautiful song ever to appear in Hindi. It is not in me to describe this song.This is pure nectar Yesudas alone is capable of delivering. After recording this song from a new comer, that too from south India, Ravindra Jain, the composer, totally blind from birth, was so carried away by the myriad forms that Yesudas brought to it with his magical voice that he profusely wept. Running his fingers over the bearded face of Yesudas, Jain said, his fervent prayer to God was to grant him eye sight for one split second so he could once see this greatest singer ever! A very poignant scene that left all in the studio with moist eyes.
