I have always tithed, single and now married. I have been blessed materially and spiritually. During the pandemic I worked and we paid all our bills. The cost of everything is going up and we still live our same lifestyle. Tithing is a truth and there is no lie in the Bible.

In the book of Malachi chapter 2 the writer was speaking to the priest.Iam not against tithing but my argument is it has been taught wrong and this teaching has been passed down to the 21st century church.How many Christians do we know that are completely debt free?. Yes the church does need financial help to operate and the pastors do need salaries,insurance etc, but many of our brothers and sisters in Christ are financially hurting paying mortgages,rent, raising children working even 2 jobs trying to maintain a lifestyle that will help their families.in scripture context can anyone share with me of who was cursed because they didn’t pay tithes or offerings? As I said in my first sentence hopefully this will make you think no unexpected checks are coming in the mail and by chance if they do does this make you debt free ?
