Product review Slipcover for a Lazy Boy recliner

In this video we show off our recliner. Then we open the CRFATOP slipcover and get to work covering our recliner. We have to cut the side pieces to make the slipcover fit. After some safety pins are used to gather up any loose fabric the top of the recliner is reattached. In the end the slipcover does a good job from the front but does not cover the bottom back of the chair. Below is the AMAZON product description and price.

Hi,
How has the cover lasted?, and how did it work around the lever for raising and lowering the chair? was there a hole or slit in the cover for the lever.

We have two dogs and we had to wash the cover after about two weeks. It is a lot of effort to take the cover off then put back on after washing it. After the second wash it ended up in the trash instead of a third wash. It looked okay around the handle but the back never looked that good. I hope this helps?

Why wouldn't they make smaller pieces to cover the sections at the leg/feet area? It would look less like slip covers.

I agree with you. We took the slipcover off to wash it and the slipcover made it back on.
