Hi Lest We Forget :-) Thanks for the confirmation on the knitting machine! :-) I can imagine the lady of the family making all the winter woolies for them while old Mr is out with the cows! :-) Hope you had a great xmas too ! :-)
Quite a depressing home. Farm life especially years ago was tough and money tight. You can feel those vibes here. That horse cart is incredible. Thanks for another great video 😊
Well said and it did have a little bit of a sad feel as I felt there was an older couple and maybe the lady passed away first.....Cheers for watching :-)
OMG! out of all the explores I have seen being from the country this is my favorite. Yes I love the high class mansions as well but this reminds me of living on my dads farm when I was growing up. With a little TLC this place would look amazing! Thanks so much for sharing and taking me back .
I love that old cart. It would make a great display piece at the front of a farm shop. Looks as though they had been there years and had to do farming the hard way. We owe our ancestors so much. Too many people take things for granted in this day and age. If only we could time travel. :-)
Yeah the old cart has to be 1800`s made for sure! This house was probably in the same family name since built and definitely did farming the old hard way. Cheers again Lest We Forget :-)
The tile in on the wall looked like acoustic tile. Last time I saw a knitting machine like that was at a friend's house. Her mom made a living knitting on it. Too bad the sink wasn't in the kitchen. That room being already plumbed could have made a good bath area. The turn table looked mid century modern. I would love to have one again. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
This sure is a typical early 20th century farmhouse, that would be creepy at night, but has withstood the elements over the years. A great find thanks Paul and in one of the rooms you came across a quilting machine. Love the old cart and other rustic finds.
Hi Julz! :-) Merry Xmas, turns out my Mum had one of those knitting machines she told me after I mentioned this one! :-) Cheers for watching again! :-)
Its so great to see the country explores, they are the best, as there original state is more likely to be preserved, and natural decay has some beauty behind the camera. Liked all the old retro things like the old sunbeam cake mixer like my mum had and the knitting machine. Another great explore. Cheers👍
Hi JD :-) mate wait til I upload the one I filmed the day before as there was antique furniture and old things everywhere!!!! :-) Thanks for watching :-)
Really loved this house, untouched since the owners left. "Horse and cart without the horse" 🐎 love it! Absolutely love your videos, looking forward to what you find in 2021, I always like trying to work out where these places are located. Cheers to a better 2021... 🦘 😊👍
Hi WIlliam :-) Yes I started the channel with old farm house explores and it is where I grew up and love the countryside. :-) Will have many more. Cheers for watching
I am totally enjoying this video. So much, infact I am even willing to watch the commercials just so I won't miss one single bit of what's being filmed. Thanks for sharing this awesome place with us our friend.
I have a knitting machine like that. The crochet Afghan in the kitchen on the chair was called the Granny Square Pattern. Looks like a tornado hit the place with all the twisted metal all over. Good explore.
My son laughed when you said I wonder whats there and I answered you and said I don't know open it. Good explore as usual. Nice little farmhouse and not in bad shape at all. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a happy New Year and a better 2021.
Haven't seen an old farm for awhile. Enjoyed it. I'll bet it was nice to get out of town for a change. The house was neat and not so damaged as I expected it to be. Sad to see so much older things still able to be used just sitting there rotting. One could tell it was a working farm and that it had been abandoned for quite a while. Thanks for exploring and I look forward to the next one. Sounds like it will be good to see.
Glad you enjoyed it Doreen :-) I have more old farm houses too! Yes many old things here just rotting away and a few can still be saved! :-) Cheers for watching :-)
Merry Christmas and looking forward to more of your vids in 2021. Let us hope it is a much better year ;) WOW!!!! That is a knitting machine and they were not cheap. The knitting machine and radio/stereo were the only 2 expensive things in the house.

Love it love it if those walls could talk I’m sure there would be lots to tell I hope that there were lots of love and happy memories whoever lived there the knitted rug on the chair in the kitchen reminded me of my grandmother’s they always had one so much could be done and I’m sure it was beautiful in its former glory, the old Bedford truck my grandfather had one of those lots of memories :-) :-)
Hi Megan! :-) Lots of things in this farm that remind us country kids of our parents and grand parents. :-) A reminder that it just sits there to decay in the end but it can live on in photos and videos :-) Cheers for watching
What an interesting old farm! Would have liked to see what cabinets or furniture sat in the big kitchen/dinning room where the wood hadn't been painted. Bet that had been a quaint little place. Thanks for sharing - happy New Year!
Hi Donelle, yeah I guess those cabinets got replaced or taken away but they would have been old beauties! :-) Glad you enjoyed the video, cheers for watching again! :-) Happy NY :-)
Great job as always. A lot of old equipment left to decay. I sometimes wonder why these old places that are decaying are not cleaned up and the land cleared. The land is worth something. Have a Happy New Year. Stay safe. Greetings from New York.
Beautiful old place. Would love to restore it to its former glory. Wow, love the knitting machine. I have inherit a similar one. That one looks as if could be still in perfect working order. I can tell you even the make. Worth quiet a bit of money. Thanx.
Lovely old place on inside without the usual damage. I was wondering from the outside, which to me was creepy, what the inside would be like-pleasantly surprised. Happy New Year.
That house looked like it belonged to a older couple, with the antiques, and been abandoned for awhile, they must have passed away. Thanks, for video, from Morrow,GA.
Little late, but had to say "Awesome"! Thoroughly enjoyed this explore, that place was great! So interesting, all of the glimpses of past lives that far back.
I must say I really liked this find. Aside from the cow skulls, I thought the house felt warm and comfy, a farm family trying to make things look nice. In the first shed, I spied what looked like an old overbed table used in hospitals (even before my nursing time). Glad to see you're taking precautions against snakes and mold/dust. Now all you need is a spiderweb stick....peace, hope you have a great holiday season.
This old farmhouse was a very eerie but also very interesting video full of things to explore. I love the videos that you share. Paul, I hope that you had a very enjoyable Christmas and I want to wish you a 🎉🎊 HAPPY 2021 🎉🎊
the bones of the house is still square and proud...someome could clean it out and fix it. It could be beautiful and full of life again. I am sure people loved it. It does not have bad vibes, just sad and reverting to nature.
Great explore, lovely to be outdoors again, no doubt. I loved the old wagon, and would love to know how many decades it's been standing there. Great bit of history behind it!
You surely do have a neat hobby! I haven’t heard anyone with you but I do hope you don’t do this alone. There’s always the possibility of an old well or a rotten floor board. I would never have thought about Australia having abandoned properties. Crazy, I know, but I expected you guys to be more frugal then we are here in the US. Great property.
I love the old country farm house explores. My parents in law lived in something similar on a sheep farm in the late 40's, 50's and early 60's. near Bordertown SA. I found all the ghostly remains of the outbuilding and sheds most interesting and wow...the dray? is it called? the cart out in the paddock was amazing. The layers of lives lived there, evidenced from all sorts of renovation and decorations..a real history lesson. Love it. Thanks so much for capturing old Australia.Have a great 2021 and hopefully more finds .
Great comments Jennifer :-) An entire family life pretty much lived here I think......so to think about. Cheers for watching. Many more finds to come! :-)
Wow interesting farmhouse, s it possible to see or get dates on the magazine or calendars on the home/houses you visit 🤩👍🏼 thanx for the video & stay safe
Hope you had a Merry Christmas. It does look like a farming couple lived there and they passed away and the place was left to rot .Might explain way there were carcasses lying about They may have starved. The scenery with the trees behind the house is pretty.Lonely old farmhouse.
Hi Kelly :-) Merry Xmas to you too! :-) Lonely old home indeed but would hold a lot of history of a hard working farming family no doubt. :-) Cheers for watching
That fake-brick rendering almost made me think it was genuine brick... I definitely love the woodwork paneling on the walls and ceiling. Seems to be original, I think. Nice to see a multi-room kitchen and the layout is neat also.
Strange place with all the cattle bones and skulls around the house! Dude! Next to the old Sunbeam Mixer was a stack of magazines most likely porno mags 😂 would have been nice to see the year on those, this place has been empty for many years! The kitchen is crazy old school, lol that fridge is nasty Great explore, thanks mate! 😎👍
What a fascinating place Paul, really interesting. Thank you for sharing mate. I hope you have a very Happy New Year and a safe 2021 buddy. Cheers B. 👍👍😄😄
G'day Paul ... the wall and ceiling cladding in the room with the knitting machine and radio is sound 'deadening' (is that a word?). The knitter can produce quite a clatter at times. Have a great 2021, mate. Cheers, Ken
Is this a bit of Country Roads take me home ? This was a beauty mate . Oil heater was an old reminder for me . That was the tank on the side of the house and the old knitting machine isn’t something that’s all that common these days . Love these country trips . Hope Christmas was great for ya mate .
Haha yeah mate felt righ at home out in the stick and paddocks! Started the channel with these type explores! Have more on file and more to film! Cheers again for watching mate :-)
His Master's Voice=RCA Victor. The dogs name is Nipper. That's regarding HIS MASTER'S VOICE. Have you ever run into a squatter? Hope you've never injured yourself with your explorations.
Hi Jean! :-) Oh I did not know that regarding nipper the dog but I am familiar with the brand name :-) Yes have bumped in to squatters several times in the suburb homes, all pleasant and no trouble. Never injured myself other than bruises and scratches haha :-)
@@urbexindigo5164 wonderful vids and cause I live in the states ( New Jersey ), I love your accent.😉 Though I'm sure you folks think of us as having accents too! 😊
I’m thinking the locked door was to a bath and toilet since you didn’t find one anywhere else. And farms are the same all over, everyone has an old bathtub for a waterer. Thank you from Montana, USA.
That old AKAI VHS looks like one I used to have... wow. I think the holed wall panels were for sound proofing. The thing in the middle of the bedroom was a knitting machine.
Hi Paul, another great explore. Yes that is a knitting machine as one viewer said. My grandmother had one and made the jumpers for all the grand kids but, that was in the days when you could buy real wool. As for the residents...there were lots of clues to say an older couple, at one stage and then one remainder who carried on for a while. It is a shame to see this farm and house left to the ravages of time to slowly decay. Have a great Christmas with your friends and family and lets all hope for a much better 2021.
Hi Groperfish :-) great comments, agree an older couple lived there as long as they could. Hope you have a great holiday and new year, many more videos to come! :-)
I explored a old house one time that had belonged to an Indian lady and her husband. (Native American) about 100 years ago racist were everywhere here in the Southern US. During a overnight business trip by the husband, the wife, Native American, and her child were attacked by a group of local men. She ran over a cliff into a river with the baby in her arms. When the husband returned and found the bodies, he locked up the house and left. It had been abandoned for over fifty years when I explored it. That has been over fifty years! Exploring abandoned properties is great fun. I am over 70 now, but still love locating and speculating on abandoned properties. I even enjoy manufacturing properties, but my favorite are health care facilities, old hospitals in particular, and old schools.
This house has good bones and was well built💪 would run circles around those cheaply built 70 80 and 90's stucco houses that's why most of them are being torn down💯
What a great farm house find. Thanks for sharing another awesome explore. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!👍I think that stitching machine is used for knitting sweaters and other things like blankets and scarves.
How are you Indingo, I think this is a very old farm house, I bet it was nice at one time. Like the record player. this record player should be saved. very nice find. lookforward to the next one. take care.
wow what would you have done if someone opened that door lol lol i would be just as scared about seeing snakes, I love the green door in first room and the ship lap on the walls but not on the ceiling. this house is a sad place. That is a knitting machine a very; good one. That horse wagon was awesome to see. thanks for the tour lean on God

Yep good call Martha, I agree, cheers for watching :-)
The cheap white wall tiles are called acoustic tiles.
That old AKAI VHS looks like one I used to have... wow. I think the holed wall panels were for sound proofing. The thing in the middle of the bedroom was a knitting machine.
That white stuff on the walls was actually for ceilings and was to sound proof. That was one big spread back in the day

Amazing story and it would have been an epic explore for you Shirley :-) Thanks for sharing and watching :-)
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas awesome video I’m sure it was beautiful back in it’s day maybe they passed away take care Happy New Year 🎆🎊
Very good explore, looks like someone tried to clean up, your telling the story of this house via your camera :)
Glad you enjoyed Wendy :-)
This house has good bones and was well built💪 would run circles around those cheaply built 70 80 and 90's stucco houses that's why most of them are being torn down💯
What a great farm house find. Thanks for sharing another awesome explore. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!👍I think that stitching machine is used for knitting sweaters and other things like blankets and scarves.
Glad you enjoyed it Benjamin :-) Thanks for watching and happy holidays to you too! :-)
@@urbexindigo5164 I edited my comment and mentioned what I believe the stitching machine is used for.
How are you Indingo, I think this is a very old farm house, I bet it was nice at one time. Like the record player. this record player should be saved. very nice find. lookforward to the next one. take care.
