Late to respond. Funny you said to take seat off. Had a pro rider take my seat off and kept it for a week. I’m 6’5” and sat a lot.! Boy did it make a difference. After putting seat back on It changed my whole riding experience.

I like to use the first bump out of a corner to stand up. The bump gives a little upward lift and makes it easier to stand up

Or if your on a whoops sand track it kicks you straight into a standing position

correct leaning saves your energy a lot. Lean forward when accelerating and lean back when braking. The goal is to be kinda weightlessness)

It's a private track in Utah south of Salt Lake.
In between sessions, sitting with your legs raised also helps recuperate.
