We meet at the Lincolnshire poacher in Nottingham first Monday of every month. We can't meet at the moment because of the restrictions but we should be able to start again soon. Keep an eye on the channel and as soon as I can get to another meeting I'll post a video 👍

I like St James flake although I add a little more perique. Daniel Lane advised me of this little trick.

I think they were individually carved by one of Robs friends. Glad you like the videos. Happy smokes 😊
