The bike was delivered to J.R. Meredith in Shropshire,UK on 11/18/1947 and was registered on 3/19/1948. The BSA was overhauled 15 years ago. The machine was regularly driven and serviced. The M33 model was officially introduced for sale in 1948 and was supplied with a girder fork in the first year only. All later models had a telescopic fork. A nice accessory is the Smiths speedometer that is fitted on this machine. The bike is ready to ride and comes with complete paperwork from the Netherlands, UK V5, Registration book UK, invoices + handwritten records, parts list, repair manual and a dating certificate from the Science Museum. The numbers from the dating certificate match the numbers on the motorcycle and left the BSA factory in this unit as is.
