If this gets a part 2, I could see her accompanying us to hunt some of the more dangerous demons and possibly face hunters sent to kill us. Her possibly being not the only hunter to believe us. Perhaps us sparing her and want to save her could be for another reason than to tell her the truth. Possibly knowing her mother before she became a hunter and they were someone once precious to the demon.
