I had a similar fate. I had put the modifiers you had put (maybe slightly different) and then I got to a PAINTING ROOM. AMBUSH KEPT SPAWNING EVERY 5 SECONDS [4 Ambushes in one go] I try to grab a painting, Ambush spawns, I get into the closet near by, Ambush passes. The painting disappears from my hand and back to the original spot. THIS WENT ON FOR 8 MINUTES. I had to time myself so I could get the paintings into the correct spot. I survived, then gave up at 50, because I did not want to handle hide.

Erm actually non-fatal would mean snare and timothy since they're the only ones that cant kill the player even with 1 hp because the last breath modifer says all entities (except non-fatal entities) results in immediate death and by non-fatal it means Timothy and snare 🤓

Ambush and all other entities (except A-120) don’t enter auxiliary rooms so you can hide in one of those, out of sight from the entity, and you should be fine
thats true but sometimes with ambush there's a passage glitch and that's why he hides in closets even if he's in an auxiliary room. basically what happens is that ambush glitches through the wall and into the auxiliary room, killing you even if you're out of sight
