    Sir, I have sacroillitis problem.and HLAB-27 positive since 2017. Pain occure( Some time) in hip joint, waist and back side . In the mean time 2018 I was taken ayurvedic and continued the medicines for 6-7 and upto middle of 2021 there have no pain. But now I have pain and go to reumatologist and he said I have 1st stage of AS and he prescribed biologics therapy for 3 months once in every week ( preliminary stage) . What can I do ? I am now puzzled . Pls sir help me.

    Sir mujhe ankolosing spondalutis ki dikkat hai. Meri age abhi 24 years hai! Kya main situps kru? Me generally 30-35 situps krta hun! But muscle katne ka drd hota hai! Spine ka nahi! To kya mujhe ye karna chahiye?

    Sir mai AS ka patient hu aur HLB27 positive hu.Mai daily 4 km running krta hu aur halki exercise .Mujhe aaram hai . Running se koi dikkat to nhi hogi future me kyuki log khte hai isme running nhi Krna chahiye walking Krna chahiye lekin mai walking nhi krta hu running hi kr leta hu.

      @@shilpidatta3363 diet chart me mai dry fruits ko grand krke daily milk ke sath le raha hu pichle 18 month se. Aur all green vegetables almost daily ek vegetable hoti hai. Red juice, jaise carrot ka, anar ka, beetroot ka regular leta hu
