When ever the irregular heart palpitations start, I make a habit of listening to Deva's healing music, while I do the proper breathing techniques I was taught as a mild detoxifier, use some acupressure on myself, & go back into deep meditation where I let her music vibrate throughout all the cells of my body. Deva is a life-saving angel, that is in short supply in this toxic world.
I've been listeining to Deval Premal for about 15 years and her voice floats like an angel's voice, it is so meditative, it puts me in a sort of trance as I chant with her. I feel my heart soar!!!!!!!!!!
Low vibration people are just low vibration people... your anger is your own. Also if you Label the world "Toxic" it will define your experience. We are all waking up together. There is more postive paradime shifting going on now than Ever before... its not a Toxic world (thats such a harsh perspective) The world is not toxic, but the way one thinks about it can be. We are a species of star children in the process of awakening.

Perhaps what you mean is people who are in the grip of disordered and chaotic patterns of energy/consciousness. They need help - as do we all from this.
