Maintain composure and just focus up. If you are the one that has to carry the team, do it! Learn the reads for spawning/trapping and just play patiently.

Most of the ranked players are hard stuck Gold. Work on aim, timing, spawns and reads. Even when you know you’re going to lose, don’t give up. Make sure you lose at the top of the leaderboard if you have to. Positioning is everything and at that level work with your teammates. Talk to them, tell them where to go, tell them when spawns flip and to watch the other side, tell them not to push up too far so they don’t accidentally flip spawns. Watch all these top 250s and keep grinding. If you start losing 2 or 3 games then get off and start again later or tomorrow and build those long win streaks up.
