Another great video Dan, good to see your dad, brother and Jake all together. Looking forward to seeing the video of you changing the clutch. All the best. Peter 🇬🇧🚜
Grandpa always said on the coldest days the only thing he could get started was the two cylinder Deere. It’s neat to see a wide front. I don’t think I ever saw one in this area.
You were wondering about the red paint. Back in the 60's my rural buddy told me Massey Ferguson 97's were made by Minneapolis Moline. MM took their G705 and put Massey 97 tin work on it.
Poppin Johnny showed up the minnie Mo! Batteries always an issue with farm equipment unfortunately..... Great video. Been involved in pull start several times
Nothing wrong with tag teaming different makes when you have to. We used our ZB to pull start the neighbors Ford 5000 on a couple of occasions years ago. That 5000 pull started our 3020 John Deere. So it all works out in the end. Then we all got good batteries and everything was cool.
😊😊 HI DAN most likely the battery is no good 😮😮 if irs over 5 years old and setting all the time doesn't help none either they get weak that's why U have 2 start them regular and let them run it help build the battery back up 😊😊 next thing is the tractor 🚜 charging it has 2 put current back in the battery 🔋 😊 / when the battery 🔋 😮 is low like 😮😮 that it's better 2 use another tractor and chain and pull start them the engine turns over alot faster that way 👉 😊 and most of the time ⏲️ 😮 ut will take a day or more 2 recharge the battery if it's any good 😮😮 OMG 12 11 2O24
@@kevinchase9581 z yes. There’s one prototype r on factory lp. It is in a collection in northern Michigan. It has prototype 10x part numbers. I did a video of that collection about a year ago. I’m sure there was some r’s converted to lp also.
Nice of you to work on your dad’s tractor Dan. I look forward to seeing the videos on getting it fixed up. Enjoyable video Dan. Thanks

Nice family video
The tractor ran nice once it started. Batteries are a never ending problem.
johnnoy popper to the rescue dan.
I have been working on bifold doors all afternoon. They sort of look like the muffler on that 670.
Despite im not a deer fan, the one in the video looks super cool. Dose it have 12.6-38" tires as do the old molines?
@@SuperMAZ007 12.4/38s
@@molinedan Got ya that is exactly what I needed to know.

Did MM make an lp version of the R or Z model? I have seen some and am not sure if they are stock or converted tractors. Thanks for your help.
