🌈 William White, who grew up in Barbados, writes songs because he can't help it. His songs are filled with endless passion, vision, love, heart and soul, suffering, sweat, and tears. His concerts are bursting with energy. The audience goes on a journey with William. They climb the peaks of the highest emotions, but he also takes them through valleys where the light of hope and forgiveness always shines at the end. He is a gifted songwriter and singer, for whom the messages in the songs are just as important as strong melodies and driving grooves.
William White, originally from Barbados, came to Winterthur at the age of 19 to study. He started his music career as the singer of the Winterthur band Liz Libido and has been performing as William White on stage for 20 years. In 2005, the first album was released, and since then we have known his songs from the radio.

His recording studio was a yellow trailer high above Frutigen, and later a studio in Jamaica, where he collaborated with reggae music legends. William White is constantly drawn back from the land of mountains to his home island of Barbados. He returns with new strength and has once again put together his great dream band for the anniversary tour.
