Sure wish my good friends restaurant the Little Saigon Café was still around. We still keep in contact he’s retired in Seattle now. He misses his business and customers every day from what he tells me. Best food I’ve ever had in my life I used to eat there sometimes twice a day for a solid decade. He taught me all of his recipes. Best Vietnamese restaurant in the world in my opinion and I’ve been to dozens nationally and internationally.
