The trauma that these animals go through before they are slaughtered, is pretty much like transferred energy from them that your dreaming because of their last emotions that they had before they were gone. Dip the tocino and longanisa in the vinegar! It’s the best for fried meats, even with the sweet marinade/seasoning of tocino and longanisa!… (the vinegar is even better if it has crushed garlic and chilli in it! 😋🤤)
The one that Sas's mentioned is Bistek Tagalog. Beef with onions it is sour because it is marinated with Calamansi or lemon Juice.

Its called beefsteak or bistik tagalog. Same with beefstew execpt we use calamansi juice to make it sour. With alot of onions.

It is a papaya mixed with vinegar,sugar,carrots,bell peppers its called ATCHARA here in the Philippines.
