I did some testing with my own piano and some reference videos and this version is played down one half-step and then one whole-step on the piano. In other words, on any piano cover of the original song, to play this version you play the notes down (to the left) three total keys, that's black and white, one after the other. As well as of course following suit with the tempo. Just a neat observation
Fun fact: this picture shows a reference, the critters on the bottom, (catnap, craftycorn, picky piggy,) are all going to hell because picky piggy ate her friends, crafty corn tried to use others blood as red paint, and catnap is a mass murderer.
