Because it's all small brands handmade etc so I guess it's what make it more expensive, rather than fast fashion shops like zaful, but in the end I think it's worth the price :)

I was purple for literally 6 months and my hair was still healthy af after :) I did have it professionally bleached a bit lighter, but my hairstylist really took care of my hair for me and then I saved $$$ by refreshing my purple by myself at home with Arctic Fox. Either way, just stick with demi/semi perm hair color and your hair wont be super damaged. Life's too short to not have fun hair haha
I bought a chalk dye color purple and it made my hair amazingly purple but washed out in two days!! Just an idea for you, if you wanted to try something. I got mine from target!
I’m actually in cosmetology school and dying your hair isn’t terrible for you it’s the after care that is important! If you’re willing to take the time to take better care of your hair heat styling and dying won’t damage it!!!!
