Helped a lot Scott, thanks. I was stuck in getting the right mediator output but the mistake you did there ("model no should be set to 4" one) helped spot the issue. Even your mistakes help :)

Thank you so much! The challenge now is me figuring out how to apply this when i have 1 continuous DV, 1 categorical IV (with 5 levels), 3 mediators and controlling for 2 other variables!

this puts them together nicely; you could make an updated video with a more recent version of PROCESS, otherwise this sums up the issues that need to be addressed for my bachelor's dissertation when it comes to using SPSS for moderation / mediation; other presentations carry on for too long and don't cover the whole issues

Very well explained Sir. It really helped a lot. Just want to ask whether you performed the mediation test using the two-tail approach? Thank you

Can the results of ordinal data (data obtained from Likert scales) be processed using PROCESS analysis, especially the mediation moderation model in model 7?

Thanks Danlei. It is a great free program. The newest version is a bit more challenging and I think you might have to buy the book to take full advantage. But the author still provides the older version (that I use here) and there are a few textbooks (e.g. Andy Fields) that give good information on how to use the software in more detail than I provide here. Hi!
    Thank you for the video!
I am currently having a problem with my process extension. When performing the moderation analysis, i do not have the "conditional effect" table in my output. How can i obtain it? I am using process v3.3 by Hayes on my Mac. Thank you to everyone willing to help!

hey there! I'm also using process v3.3 and I couldn't find the Johnson technique, could you?! :)

I am trying to do a moderation analysis by using process v3.3. I have 3 moderators, 3 in dependent variables and a dependent variable. But in the output it doesn't give me the conditional statistics. What could be the reason? And also for 1 independent variable it doesn't give me the result at all. In the out put it says there is an error and calculation stopped. Could anyone say what is the reason and what am I doing wrong? I will really appreciate.
