A combo I found with Rod is you can play E Hero Prisma to send DM with effect so Souls sends DMG, Soul Servant stack Salvation, then go into Daigusto Emeral with Prisma and the Soldier, detach Soldier for DM then salvation revives DMG, just a fun little route for the more "pure" players or follow up DM plays but I definitely am enjoying all the routes presented so far, definitely gotta grab playsets of these cards when released
Whats so cool is that it can either be added to an already low DM mix Engine deck. or it can be just a 5 card engine you slot into basically pure DM. It doesn't have to feel like the only DM cards your running are souls.

Hey, call me crazy, but Toybox allows you to play a three card combo for Hot Red Dragon Archfiend. You need Magicians' Soul, Rod/Soul Servant, and Toybox. The usual combo of Rod first if you don't have Soul Servant. Then Toybox. Set 2 Toy Cards. Magicians' Soul into Soul Servant chain link to put Mahad on top. Summon Mahad, Toy Soldier, and Toy Tank onto the field. Use Toy Soldier's effect to grab Centur-ion Primera. Use Toy Tank's effect to special summon her. Use Primera's effect to grab the field spell, Stand Up Centur-ion. Use the field spell to grab Centur-ion Trudea. Synchro normally with only Primera, Mahad, and Souls to get Legate. Legate gives you a free draw +1 so it is essentially a +3 Soul Servant since +1 from Legate and +2 from Soul Servant. Now you have room to special summon Trudea from the S/T zone. She is level 8 with her effect. Legate puts Primera back into the S/T in the EP. On opponent's main phase after they give priority to you, you can special summon Primera from S/T and immediately synchro summon with Stand Up Centur-ion's effect into Crimson Dragon whose effect is a quick effect and can be chained to his summon if the opponent doesn't have a response and then summon into HRDAF. Note, if you did not use your normal summon for rod and hard drew Cartesia, you can also set up a Winda lock. Or you can also just summon the barrier statue for light monsters. Both are kind of cancer.
It's always a 2 card combo bare minimum. Toy Box sets the toys, but you need something to send them from the field to the GY to summon them and get their effects. If you normal summon Soldier, then you can only search a Toy Box. You need Toy Box on the field to search for a 4 star Light monster.
Great video man, keep up the great work. This could definitely be an awesome way to play the deck. Shoutout to you though man, because I still think the REF engine is my favorite way to play the deck. I’m trying to mess around with the Branded engine (shoutout to MatchieYGO) but still find myself preferring REF as of now. Gonna mess with some different ratios to possibly incorporate both REF and Branded together but it seems like only one or the other would work unless you go above 40 which I know you can do in a general Branded build……but REF. And always liked 40 card builds for me personally which the REF engine seems to suit better. Looking forward to the next video man. DM best deck!
this is really crazy to be honest i feel like this can open some cool plays with cartesia and bystials since the engine is perfect for drawing cards and maybe even a nadir with maximus for searches and draws as well but too many bricks no?
Add broomy in the mix, white woods, golden sarcophagus of light, dragon magia master.. DM might be competitive it seems. Silhouette magician and sillouhat with magical hats and apophis is interesting too
I am more interested in top hat hare the silhouette magician coz it can search for silhouhat and apophis that can negate multiple cards. Diabel fiendness of white woods and silhouette magician are illusions so thats 2 negates. Apophis can 2 negate if you have silhoehat and eternal soul thats 2 negates. And you can destroy a spell or trap card if a card is special summoned from spell/trap zone thats 2 cards destruction. Its scary with snake eyes tho coz it can pop all spell/trap cards you have without remorse for non meta decks coz its not once per turn it seems 😂 if you have magical hats you can recycle it back to spell trap zone.. if you have tyrant throes you lock them.. searching and using tyrant throes is the best end board for DM i swear.. its hard to execute before but with the recent support cards and theme deck its so easy.. you have 2 counter negations with whisper of sinful spoils and turn silence. If you go 1st you can lock with tyrant throes if you go second you can board wipe with chaos archfiend and silvera or gandora if thats your engine. with ancient of fairy dragon and cosmo queen of prayers can search secret village easily. Diabel fiendess recycling cards.. DM deck might be the deck to beat.. without barrone and boreload.. dragoon and magia might be the best omni negate out there. This might be dark magicians era i feel 😂😂😂 pharaonic advent and cosmo queen of prayers are so accesible because of whispers of sinful spoils and magician soul combo. We aint afraid of banished dark magician because of that card too!! Plus we can synchro into dark dimension soldier or chaos beast easily to retrieve them now.. toy box and shining sarcophagus access to dugares pharaonic advent tyrant throes lock will make DM great again 😂

Even though I've moved into tinkering with a hybrid Dragoon Turbo + Dragon Magia thing recently, I kinda wonder if this couldn't do stuff for ritual DM. Basic bitch theory-ing incoming but, couldn't you get Choju of the Trillion Hands (Lv. 6 LIGHT) with the Soldier then Tank effect summon? That would search you both any ritual monster (Chaos MAX) and spell in one summon. Edit: Finally had a moment to sit and look, no because toy soldier searches a max of lv. 4 monsters, my bad. 😔
Dude use top share! With top share you have another 3 set of copy of any cards in your deck.. total of 9 if you have triple tactics thrust.. thats overkill tho.. You can search anycard.. with magician souls, soul servant, dark magicians, white woods and wanted seeker draw power… you can search any card on your turn.. summoning dragon magia is easy.. fusion deployment cartesia.. illusion of chaos in hand after using it.. and you have dark hex or light hex in hand then you have dragon magia.. you dont have to worry of whatever card your opponent gonna take coz you have 3 negates.. but tyrant throes lock is better than dragon magia in my opinion as I mention in the comments here.. fusion deployment cartesia and have a hex in hand equals dark magicians.. try not using cartesia as a fusion fodder so you can fusion another dark magicians or dark magia depending on what dark magicians draw on your opponents turn. Fusion armament is great to have too which is searchable with predaplant.. cartesia is the way.. good thing verte anaconda is not banned in master duel yet 😅 or!!!! Use muddy mudragon but you have to ritual summon illusion of chaos. Thats easy for a ritual themed deck.. you just need level 6.. with white woods and broomy or shadowslight.. with fusion deployment you can summon sangan to search for hex if thats what your missing or cartesia acting as fusion trigger making you more flexible. Yes you cant use hex at your turn but on your opponents draw phase you can fusion summon with a quickplay fusion spell or if you have cartesia on play too. Witch of the black forest can search vanity, choju, nibiru, effect veiler. Sangan can search both choju and hex monster tho.
O wait maybe try… diviner of the herald send dark magician girl to grave. Pick illusion of chaos and search for magician souls. Synchro summon ancient sacred wyvern. Then use downbeat to summon choju. You might need top share and triple tactics thrust or maybe small world for consistency.
With broomy you can special summon choju from hand. But you need cartesia or any quickplay fusion spell to fusion summon on opponents turn coz you are locked from synchro summoning on your turn.

Tyrant throes lock is better with magician souls pharaonic advent dugares.. toy box or shining sarcophagus engine can easily make dugares. And use dugares as fodder for advent to search tyrant throes. Silhouette magician can search apophis as normal monster. Diabelstar and original sinfulspoil can search flamvell guard as normal summon fodder. Verte anaconda and fusion deployment can summon DM in masterduel only tho. With whispers of sinful spoils and turn silence you can evade negations. barriers can be negated with hand traps. But its a nice backup plan. Spellcard and some special monster can out tyrant throes.. if you manage to have secret village, right hand, apophis, silent magician zero, dragoon, or magia its over.. even without chances of them having a trap destruction is slim. And you can attack with dark magician and resummon every turn. Kaiju or superpoly wont help them.. only trap destruction which is usually a spell.. and you can destroy tyrant throes anytime with magician souls or original sinful spoil or the like once you are ready to finish him and summon multiple monsters to end game.
Dark Magician nowadays is just mill a dark magician in your grave and never see a dark magician card again to have a apollousa on your endboard. Just let it go at this point and play snake eyes. You will also gonna have apollousa on your board but with a actually good deck
Like I love the combos, but at the end of the day 1 card combos are needed to be relevant We’re stretching to 3 card combos with a Continuous Spell that is only searchable if we use our normal summon and run an additional brick Really love the effort and labbing, but it’s tough to get excited. I’ll have to practice some combos myself
Imo it's doesnt look like a dmg deck no different than running branded cards. just uses dm to draw cards but you subbing all his boss monster for standard every deck plays like appaloosa rather wait on real support.
Nah dude, the only real combo is Magicians' Souls and Toy Box. Those together do everything we could ever want, I just added 3 card combos to show the variety of plays you can make. My previous video shows off just the 2 card combo and how strong it is.
Use soul servant to send pharaonic advent. Use toy box and summon 2 level 4 toy cards then special summon dugares. Special summon pharaonic advent. Summon magicians rod and search for magician salvation therby searching eternal soul too. Use diabelstar witch and sinfulspoil snake eye and summon flamvell. Summon verte and use its effect to use fusion deployment and summon dark magician. Use pharaonic advent and tribute dugares and search tyrant throes. And lock opponent on his turn by sacrificing dm and flamvell guard. While you can resummon dm indefinitely. Whitewoods and goldensarcophagus of light can summon pharaonic advent easily and search tyrant throes.. white woods and top share really search any cards in deck easily! Hes gonna delete my comment again coz i have OP strat 😂 apophis can be a normal monster fodder and negate if you dont like diabelwitch flamvell. With silhouette magician you can summon it easily. And with magical hats you have 2 normal monster right there plus you can recycle apophis or sillouette hats for more negates..or search magical defense to summon any spellcaster from grave out of nowhere. Whitewoods, broomy, magic defense have insane combos too. Turn silence, whisper’s of sinful spoil, succesor soul, evades negation for any dm deck just saying.

Only way out is a spell card that destroy a trap card or some special monster. If you manage to have secret village, right hand, silent magician zero, dragoon, magia, another apophis or any negate.. its over.. superpoly, kaiju wont help them. All monster they summon are flip down and every time you destroy it with dark magician. You can infinite summon dm or use magician souls or original sinful spoil to remove tyrant throes anytime so you can special summon multiple monsters and end the game.. if you are thinking of being negated theres 3 cards you can use to evade negation: whisper of sinful spoils, turn silence (which combos with magician souls and gadget trio to summon dugares ) well its just my opinion 😂 just sharing to all DM players.. its our time to shine 😂haha although i cant play to focus on studies thats why i trust my fellow DM players to do this trickery op strat 😂

Imma just wait for our s0ell card that fuses from deck come out. This deck idea could be nuts with exodia tho. In reality these toys cards might get souls banned :(
@@Darkmagecurt yeah I can see that. And I'd hate to see Souls banned now that it's getting another, more affordable reprint in the next few weeks. I do like having this option since I so often just end up on 1 or 2 fusions and a trap and that's IF I don't get hand trapped to death. Though I certainly play in a more casual format, I also like that the deck can be represented in a more competive/anti-meta way, just to give High Level competition a bit more variety.

You have to draw Souls and Toy Box, not get hit by Belle on your toy box summons from GY, not get hit with imperm, veiler or Ash on the barrier search, not get hit with Nib. Your opponent will have at least 1 of those. So realistically you aren't pulling this off too often.
Going second? Add white woods.. silvera (double piercing with spellcaster on defense which they will be with added 500 damage each) chaos archfiend. Dark ruler no more or book of eclipse which combo like silvera. Toybox summon 2 level 4.. so evilswarm for boardwipe, utopia double otk shenanigans. But in reality it would depend on opponent board.. some are just unbreakable if you didnt draw out.. but since white woods and diabel star can have access to kurikara even at 1 is nice to have.. or add in top share.. its really under rated card but its like another 3 copies of every card in your deck, with triple tactics thrust its like 9 copies. With draw power of magician souls, soul servant, rcia white woods, wanted seeker, dark magicians, triple tactics talent ; you can search any card and draw it at same turn. With this you can put 1 of each out like 1 super poly, 1 triple tactics, 1 kurikara, 1 evenly match (not sure if it would be good), 1 feather duster, 1 raigeki, 1 dark ruler, hahaha depends on you.. but it just versatile card as long as you have a draw power.. going 1st you have to think twice using it coz he can draw out to what ever your planning to do unless you can create a plan like if you have omni negate or your endboard will be unbreakable (tyrant throes lock cough with apophis eternal soul or secret village). Or add gandora shining sarcophagus engine.. TOP Share card is very underated..
Sigh. You players ALWAYS DO THIS. Yall literally use random new cards and exploit them to use them in DM decks because you players cannot win on your own!

Horus engine is good too. It can make Photon Lord, which can be an Ash or Nib negate before you use any of your DM cards

Yes you cant use hex at your turn but on your opponents draw phase you can fusion summon with a quickplay fusion spell or if you have cartesia on play too. Witch of the black forest can search vanity, choju, nibiru, effect veiler. Sangan can search both choju and hex monster tho.
Maybe summoner monk to summon toy tank.. or use broomy but you have to have cartesia and summon it on opponents turn
O wait maybe try… diviner of the herald send dark magician girl to grave. Pick illusion of chaos and search for magician souls. Synchro summon ancient sacred wyvern. Then use downbeat to summon choju. You might need top share and triple tactics thrust or maybe small world for consistency.
With broomy you can special summon choju from hand. But you need cartesia or any quickplay fusion spell to fusion summon on opponents turn coz you are locked from synchro summoning on your turn.

Tyrant throes lock is better with magician souls pharaonic advent dugares.. toy box or shining sarcophagus engine can easily make dugares. And use dugares as fodder for advent to search tyrant throes. Silhouette magician can search apophis as normal monster. Diabelstar and original sinfulspoil can search flamvell guard as normal summon fodder. Verte anaconda and fusion deployment can summon DM in masterduel only tho. With whispers of sinful spoils and turn silence you can evade negations. barriers can be negated with hand traps. But its a nice backup plan. Spellcard and some special monster can out tyrant throes.. if you manage to have secret village, right hand, apophis, silent magician zero, dragoon, or magia its over.. even without chances of them having a trap destruction is slim. And you can attack with dark magician and resummon every turn. Kaiju or superpoly wont help them.. only trap destruction which is usually a spell.. and you can destroy tyrant throes anytime with magician souls or original sinful spoil or the like once you are ready to finish him and summon multiple monsters to end game.

Dark Magician nowadays is just mill a dark magician in your grave and never see a dark magician card again to have a apollousa on your endboard. Just let it go at this point and play snake eyes. You will also gonna have apollousa on your board but with a actually good deck
Like I love the combos, but at the end of the day 1 card combos are needed to be relevant
We’re stretching to 3 card combos with a Continuous Spell that is only searchable if we use our normal summon and run an additional brick

Imo it's doesnt look like a dmg deck no different than running branded cards. just uses dm to draw cards but you subbing all his boss monster for standard every deck plays like appaloosa rather wait on real support.
Nah dude, the only real combo is Magicians' Souls and Toy Box.
Those together do everything we could ever want, I just added 3 card combos to show the variety of plays you can make.

Use soul servant to send pharaonic advent. Use toy box and summon 2 level 4 toy cards then special summon dugares. Special summon pharaonic advent. Summon magicians rod and search for magician salvation therby searching eternal soul too. Use diabelstar witch and sinfulspoil snake eye and summon flamvell. Summon verte and use its effect to use fusion deployment and summon dark magician. Use pharaonic advent and tribute dugares and search tyrant throes. And lock opponent on his turn by sacrificing dm and flamvell guard. While you can resummon dm indefinitely. Whitewoods and goldensarcophagus of light can summon pharaonic advent easily and search tyrant throes.. white woods and top share really search any cards in deck easily! Hes gonna delete my comment again coz i have OP strat 😂 apophis can be a normal monster fodder and negate if you dont like diabelwitch flamvell. With silhouette magician you can summon it easily. And with magical hats you have 2 normal monster right there plus you can recycle apophis or sillouette hats for more negates..or search magical defense to summon any spellcaster from grave out of nowhere. Whitewoods, broomy, magic defense have insane combos too. Turn silence, whisper’s of sinful spoil, succesor soul, evades negation for any dm deck just saying.

Only way out is a spell card that destroy a trap card or some special monster. If you manage to have secret village, right hand, silent magician zero, dragoon, magia, another apophis or any negate.. its over.. superpoly, kaiju wont help them. All monster they summon are flip down and every time you destroy it with dark magician. You can infinite summon dm or use magician souls or original sinful spoil to remove tyrant throes anytime so you can special summon multiple monsters and end the game.. if you are thinking of being negated theres 3 cards you can use to evade negation: whisper of sinful spoils, turn silence (which combos with magician souls and gadget trio to summon dugares ) well its just my opinion 😂 just sharing to all DM players.. its our time to shine 😂haha although i cant play to focus on studies thats why i trust my fellow DM players to do this trickery op strat 😂

ToyBox is used by Yugi in one of the Manga.
Pure DM doesn't do anything and Toy Box lets you play a PURE YUGI deck and pop off so it's your loss.

Imma just wait for our s0ell card that fuses from deck come out. This deck idea could be nuts with exodia tho. In reality these toys cards might get souls banned :(
@@Darkmagecurt yeah I can see that. And I'd hate to see Souls banned now that it's getting another, more affordable reprint in the next few weeks. I do like having this option since I so often just end up on 1 or 2 fusions and a trap and that's IF I don't get hand trapped to death. Though I certainly play in a more casual format, I also like that the deck can be represented in a more competive/anti-meta way, just to give High Level competition a bit more variety.

You have to draw Souls and Toy Box, not get hit by Belle on your toy box summons from GY, not get hit with imperm, veiler or Ash on the barrier search, not get hit with Nib. Your opponent will have at least 1 of those. So realistically you aren't pulling this off too often.
Going second? Add white woods.. silvera (double piercing with spellcaster on defense which they will be with added 500 damage each) chaos archfiend. Dark ruler no more or book of eclipse which combo like silvera. Toybox summon 2 level 4.. so evilswarm for boardwipe, utopia double otk shenanigans. But in reality it would depend on opponent board.. some are just unbreakable if you didnt draw out.. but since white woods and diabel star can have access to kurikara even at 1 is nice to have.. or add in top share.. its really under rated card but its like another 3 copies of every card in your deck, with triple tactics thrust its like 9 copies. With draw power of magician souls, soul servant, rcia white woods, wanted seeker, dark magicians, triple tactics talent ; you can search any card and draw it at same turn. With this you can put 1 of each out like 1 super poly, 1 triple tactics, 1 kurikara, 1 evenly match (not sure if it would be good), 1 feather duster, 1 raigeki, 1 dark ruler, hahaha depends on you.. but it just versatile card as long as you have a draw power.. going 1st you have to think twice using it coz he can draw out to what ever your planning to do unless you can create a plan like if you have omni negate or your endboard will be unbreakable (tyrant throes lock cough with apophis eternal soul or secret village). Or add gandora shining sarcophagus engine.. TOP Share card is very underated..
