That's not how Fragrach works. It simply pierces the heart of the opponent after they use their Noble Phantasm, but changes the order so that it pierced the heart before the enemy could use their attack.
Yourson Isold It doesn't need to be the Noble Phantasm, and in fact not all Noble Phantasms can trigger it. It must be the "Strongest attack". In Berserker or Caster case, their Noble Phantasms aren't their strongest attacks for an example, and thus Fragarach won't work in them.

The OP talked about reflecting Angra Mainyu, which is not Fragarach's ability. Funny that you say that about Berserker. His God Hand can be viewed as his strongest skill actually. There are theories that if Bazett and Lancer worked together they could basically instant kill Berserker. Lancer would kill Berseker once with a rune enhanced Gae Bolg (which can temporarily reach a level that kills Berserker) and right as God Hand does its work Fragrach is activated. But because Berserker is killed before his God Hand takes effect due to Fragarach's properties he would basically be caught in a loop of getting killed by Gae Bolg and Fragrach until he used up all his lives. Battles of concepts are fun, no?
SarzaelX Trump Card. As it was said several times the enemy's *trump card* has to be activated. That is *usually* the strongest attack. Berserker who is devoid of any skill has no offensive Trump Card. Unless you think swinging his stone sword equals that... in that case he would be susceptible to Fragarach with every swing. That would be ugly. It's a complicated matter, but if God Hand is indeed the "trump card" that triggers Fragarach then it would be a legit theory. Same problem with Archer actually. What is his strongest attack, when he can project any weapon based Noble Phantasm (except for Ea)? Would Fragarach be triggered simply by him using UBW? Or would ANY projected offensive Noble Phantasm count in his case? Concepts man, they are crazy.
