the healing meditation of Jesus , really helped me just now. I have been ill for the last two months and I am waiting to go to hospital. as I am a Christian my church and my friends and family , have done a lot of healing prayers, for me in that time but this meditation has given me the peace I have been seeking within my body and soul and the relief from the pain that I am in I felt my whole body tingling and alive and the pain has gone I can think so clearly. I felt so at peace, and there were a couple of times during the meditation that I actually had tears in my eyes because I felt Her presence with me. Instead of these kinds of feelings based things I would advise praying the rosary daily, meditating on its mysteries. That is a way to truly be with Our Lady and Our Lord, truly spiritually not emotionally.

My daughter went to sleep listening to this meditation last night, she is 6 years old, and loves Mary, when we laid down and I put this on, she said, "mama, please turn it up, I want to hear this", and she drifted peacefully off to sleep. Instead of this, or anything like this, it would be highly advisable to pray the traditional meditations of the rosary daily. These kinds of videos are more like therapy than genuine spirituality. Sometimes we are in need of therapy, but ultimately only the spirit gives life.

I love your You Tube Channel! I came across your Guided Meditations this week, and I am so grateful that I did! I was asking and I was guided, as these were just what I need right now. My daughter went to sleep listening to this meditation last night, she is 6 years old, and loves Mary, when we laid down and I put this on, she said, "mama, please turn it up, I want to hear this", and she drifted peacefully off to sleep.
