Basant sir, you did analysis of jyoti resins, but stock record is available on screener from 2006 and till now the market cap is just 1566 cr. Second thing in shareholding pattern there is no DII. FII is 0.5% Public is 49%. As you say, if company is good then there should be atleast 1 good DII.

Cashflow number is negligible and overall negative 2. 36% of total assets are receivables. Can this be a sign of revenue management and hence high return ratio of ROE are the above points RED FLAG?
