    Hey Nev! Love the 1 on 1 stuff, what a dream that would be. Thank you so much for your work

    Shoutout to everybody participating in these videos and working on their riding. This park is just below one of the busiest lifts on Whistler and it can be super nerve racking to try tricks with dozens of people on the chair watching, let alone as a beginner with a big camera pointed at you. Much respect!

    Great timing! I have been trying nose grabs lately. I started practicing the independent leg movement by doing high presses over rollers and moderate speeds.

    The biggest value for the one who is trained would be to see the recording straight after the air. There were almost no pushes of the back leg down which is visible here, but might not have been seen on the slope. Advices are good, but there was no improvements. Thanks for tips, going to try it next week!

    An updown shifty is the same as a tail bone?

    personally i find the nose grab the most difficult of all 6 basic grabs - got all other 5 unlocked, but not that #@&!* nose grab, even without the grab
    it's easy on the trampoline, but on a jump i fail every time.

    Both jumps the dude's right knee still bends all the way up. It's a sickness when you try to pop off the lip. He should go for tail grabs first

    For those that nail steezy nose grabs all day, are you riding with loose feeling boots/bindings? Or is anyone getting this with a stiffer set up?

    • @domisdabest2693
      @domisdabest2693 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like a stiffer set up in general so I keep that for freestyle too - i've always thought knowing your own set up is more important than going soft or stiff for specific things

      I'm riding the Burton Ion with cartel bindings. This is quite a stiff setup and I have no problems with nose or tail grabs. Don't try to reach the nose with your hand get your nose with your feet up to your hand. Took me awhile to understand that

    • @rafaeltoledo1830

      I ride burton ION which is pretty stiff, and an Orca which is like a stiff 6, no problems doing this at all, quite easy.

      @Arithorath 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the replies! I ride Burton Ion S. O. 1st season on them and they are much stiffer than my previous set ups. Love them and will be working on this grab tomorrow!

      @@SnowboardAddiction I'm starting to think that for guys like me that have a weird mental block, maybe I should practice straight airs with stiff legs (Pencil Air). And/Or, perhaps we should concentrate on bringing the front knee up and back across our hips? Something I'm going to try next week.
