- THE heartbroken family of schoolboy Harvey Willgoose have laid tributes at the scene of the 15-year-old's death in Sheffield.
The tragic teenager was stabbed at All Saints Catholic School in Granville Road just after midday on Monday.
Mum Caroline and sister Sophie placed flowers and read emotional tributes during their visit this afternoon.
His family have now paid tribute to their "Harvey Goose".
A heartbreaking statement shared by South Yorkshire Police on behalf of the family read: "We are utterly heartbroken at the loss of our beautiful boy, Harvey Goose.
“Our lives are devastated and will never be the same again. We have lost a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and most importantly, a best friend to all.
“Harvey will be forever known for being a caring, loving and funny young man.
“At this difficult time we ask you to please respect our privacy as we grieve as a family.”
Horrified pupils watched on when he was knifed three times in a school courtyard yesterday.
Teachers raced to give emergency first aid as the school was put in
lockdown and an air ambulance flew in.

Shame the parents of these children .its the fault
To blame parents is an old and stagnant premise. Have you never heard of peer pressure so strong in post-adolescent groups that even the best brought up kids can be tempted? It is seldom the parents who are at fault, you cannot keep your offspring on baby reins no matter how you try.
Look about you in all the towns where you live, where are the youth facilities, places for young people to go that are not pubs or amusement arcades or dives?
Society is responsible and we are all members of society, that includes the young. At that stage known as puberty, we are forced to 'grow up' become 'adult' within an unled group and suddenly diminishing parental influence and a growing feeling of a need to belong if we are unlucky, we meet a peer groups - those of similar outlook and interest. If we are especially unlucky, we blend into gangs, most of them antisocial if not already criminal. If society cannot rise to this challenge on behalf of young people - and it has signally failed to do so, we are bound to get a rise in criminality. Depressingly, "Children aged 15 to 17 accounted for 74% of the offending population, while making up 36% of the 10 to 17 population in England and Wales." (Gov dot UK youth statistics).
