Janet really thought she had it all figured out, but Gabriella staying calm and outsmarting her was such a power move. It’s satisfying to see justice play out like that!

Just 5 seconds in and it is already ridiculous . Nobody can empty a trust fund except the person to whom it belongs. So no I’m not going to listen to that .

Stepmom tried to forged the father's signature.

I mean if you had listened past the 5seconds you would know she didn’t in fact empty the trust fund 😂

The dad's redemption arc is bizarre, he may not have known about the fraud but he chose to miss his daughter's graduation because his stepdaughter had a cold, he didn't ask questions when his daughter just up and moved out, he allowed the narrative to persist in the household whereby his daughter was painted as spoilt and his stepdaughter received substantially more attention. Then all is forgiven and forgotten when he finds out his wife forged his signature and had been siphoning his funds, no emphasis on how she's alienated his child with his allowance. Then he pretends he was devoted to his first wife all along. That's the most unbelievable part of the story to me.

So "Janet" called to let the OP that she had just committed a crime? Even for an evil stepmom, that's incredibly moronic.

How would the stepmother even have access to the trust fund? These are legal trusts and they do not just let anybody access it. Not to mention the felony crimes

She forged the dad's signature, that was part of evidence op showed her Dad 💯

Did you even listen to ANY of it?
The step mother tried forging signatures.

Why the spouses of the deceased trust givers, always deem it necessary to inform new spouses of the trust funds? It's none of their business. Nothing to do with them. The living spouse should never be given the authority over the trust funds. The funds should be held by a law firm specialized in handling the trust funds until the trustee is old enough to receive it.

Janet could have learned about the trust by snooping. Read the mail from the bank.

That must have been such a shocking and hurtful experience. It's deeply upsetting when trust is broken, especially by someone close to you. I hope you're able to seek legal advice or support to address this situation and ensure your rights are protected. Stay strong!

Gabrielle and Tiffany were both victims, and Janet clearly is the worst kind of gold digger. She used her own daughter, which is even more disgusting than even trying to steal Gabrielle's trust. Tiffany getting such a good job to learn how to be a constructive person who is really contributing to society is as good as the rest of the story.

Ignorning the fact that this story is made up, "Tiffany's" email..."I thought you were just handed everything in life. Now I realize my mother was just jealous." How is any logic in this excuse. Oh, I'll steal your trust fund because you don't work hard? Or whatever. SO STUPID.

This same story was posted 3 hours earlier than this post was, how lame is a person to steal another person's work to post as their own.

If you're talking about the channel reading it, various channels read the same stories. With how long it takes to film and edit, they probably both found it nearly the same time. One just got theirs out earlier.

She didn't, but she tried. Each attempted access was registered and all that evidence helped get OP and her father, justice.

How does a stepmother get her hands on the trust fund? A trust fund is just that a trust. This is ridiculous. Yeah, it's called fraud, and you can go to jail for fraud. These stories are all the same.

It's called forgery. She forged dad's signature. Commit a crime, now do the time.

I heard the same story, except it was the wife who gave the trust fund to her boyfriend/lover. Are you guys telling the same stories and just changing the characters? WTF
