@@Lieutenantkaiya I hear that a lot! Most homes in this price range will have neighbors since you’re near the city. Maybe a property in the suburbs would suit you better, you could likely find a home with more privacy.
As someone that lived in that area (Brookhaven) for 10yrs and moved to Alpharetta - $3.35m hits different in the Burbs, it would be like resort living in your backyard

@@EliteAtlantaHomes the sense of Community in Alpharetta is incredible. The amount of events and how projects like the ALPHA Loop connects the areas. Continnum will be the next phase past Avalon in development. Great area to raise a family
Close to this neighborhood. They've had a couple of open houses. The house is nice, just not 3.5 noiiice 😂. I think it'll probably get 2.1, and once someone puts personal touches on it, it'll get closer to 3, but still not there. I'd just really wonder if, in 2 years, the "value" will be all the way down to like 1.9. I get medical center and 400 being right there, but still.
@@MsPowerb40 Thanks for sharing your perspective! I personally believe the chances of home prices coming down are incredibly slim. Since the Great Depression it’s only happened once during the 08 Recession. Time will tell! :)

Fayetteville Ga, Tyrone Ga, Newnan Ga.... Same house, more land and a cheaper price. Nobody wants access for 3.35 mil to upper echelons Atlanta that bad. Once they come to the suburbs they'll realized the gameplay. Resale will be hard to make a profit. Nice home but NOT 3.35 nice near the main road etc.

I just hate the idea of shelling out millions of dollars and still be able to see my neighbors.
