How to Catch Springtime Redfish in Murrells Inlet SC

Springtime Redfish can be finicky to catch in early Spring . One of the best methods to catch them is to use live shrimp 2 hours before Low Tide and Two hours after Low Tide. Join me as I show you the method that I use during this time of year.

Sure wish I had seen this about 2 weeks ago. I went down a couple weeks ago. The wind was blowing about 17mph and I was throwing a vudu shrimp, still caught a few, but nothing like you did. Like your set-up and your video's. I guess I should have used live shrimp. God bless and keep on fishin!

Thank you! Last fall, the situation was just the opposite for me. Soft plastics out produced the live shrimp.

I’ve been told u shouldn’t wear boots like that kayaking bc they could fill up with water if you capsize

Thank you so much for the concern. I chose these boots because they are loose and come off easy. It was my concern as well, so I purchased oversized boots to wear in cold or cooler weather.
