Thanks so much! I'm not gonna lie...VERY surprised that these kinds of cuts or styles aren't available somewhere like Texas! As a Canadian, I dream of proteins like this being available and cheap...for reference this thing cost around $80USD at the time. I'm glad you like the content, but I am hoping to get back to creating content for this channel soon as with a recent move and a kitchen being renovated...there hasn't been much cooking going on!
Haha thanks! The whole meal and beverages was just around $100USD...which is insanely cheap, but this is primarily due to the horrible inflation there and the exchange rate.
