    LOVE it!!!! I soooo wish I could get a cut like that here in TX. This is beef country but the butchers don't do this cut??? COME ON MAN!!! Great content.

      Thanks so much! I'm not gonna lie...VERY surprised that these kinds of cuts or styles aren't available somewhere like Texas! As a Canadian, I dream of proteins like this being available and cheap...for reference this thing cost around $80USD at the time.
      I'm glad you like the content, but I am hoping to get back to creating content for this channel soon as with a recent move and a kitchen being renovated...there hasn't been much cooking going on!

      Haha thanks! The whole meal and beverages was just around $100USD...which is insanely cheap, but this is primarily due to the horrible inflation there and the exchange rate.
