this is great idea, i may have to do this topic soon. i fully agree about long walk from King and Run from Blake Crouch. there was going to be 2 films based on Long Walk but sadly they never happened.

Interesting that you did this topic today. Just last night, as I finished The Anubis Gates by Tim Powers, I was thinking what a great movie it would make. It's got time travel, sorcery, Regency England, a serial killer, shapeshifting, and a Dickensian underground criminal society. That should be enough to make a good movie, right?
I agree with you about Heart-shaped Box. There's a high-speed car chase involving a ghost! I would gladly buy a movie ticket for that scene alone.
