I don't know if you guys have any idea what you are actually looking at but if this place is unsecured it's unimaginable all this stuff hasn't been disturbed. The salvage value of the overhead cranes I saw alone would shock you.
+nozmoking1 I didn't know what I was looking at but something told me this place is a goldmine of sorts. I cut out an hours worth of footage. I didn't know if people would be interested in these findings.
There was $250,000 or more in goods in that place. If someone took those parts, cleaned them and put them on ebay.... You could live off selling that stuff for years....
Urbex Dane ya dude when you see places like that again dont cut out the footage cause trust me that was badass and you would make far more views with stuff like that.
Like your friend said I can't believe it has not been stripped out by scrappers - particularly for the copper in the wiring as well as other metal. Yet another great vid Dane👍👍
Urbex Dane➡ I think EVERYONE was more comfortable than usual because he was there. I always worry about you, going to some of the places you've gone because you've not had anyone with you in case something happens or there's a problem and you need help. Great video, and, btw-- I like your intro-- very cool!! 💙
Just think of the millions of dollars of tax payers money for all this equipment and parts and stuff you found. What a waste. shows how they waste peoples money that we don't even know about !
The brilliant condition of the refrigerator tells me it got properly used, very little! I tenatively agree to the value of the Airstream trailer. Best thing there. Oh - and the RV mileage was 23k, not 230k. Chuck in Kansas
Pontiac Phoenix, same as the Citation, X body I think, it's where they got the drivetrain for the Fieros. Sunfire, J body, would have been a Sunbird back then and there was a hatch version J body, as well as wagons and 2 doors with trunk, even a Cadillac version called the Cimarron.
Guess this person doesn't understand that when people have to leave quickly, many things get left behind.... 😕 It's very Sad to see that anyone would have to leave quickly from there own Home or House or mansion or building to leave everything behind.😢
Those breakers are worth tens of thousands of dollars! as well as those PVC fittings, some of those Federal pacific and Cutler hammer breakers are no longer made and can be 100 EACH! that camper was MINT till somebody fucked the side up, people suck i just do not understand why people fuck other peoples shit up like that, there are places all over North Carolina like this, my stepdads brothers house was just like this picture a 1800 red brick basement house and you lived in it 40 years and never threw ANYTHING away except food waste and trash from making your food! i found 5 tvs from the 50s to a samsung flat screen, 7 vaccum cleaners a brand new Aiwa reel to reel tape recorder like you saw on spy movies where they said this message will self destruct in 5 secons STILL IN THE ORIGINAL BOX! i snagged the 1979 Gravely 8163-b rear engine garden tractor with huge Onan 2 cylinder engine on the back, it was well used but i put a battery in and cleaned the carb and i still use this tractor, it weighs 875 pounds! theres not a single piece of plastic on it solid cast iron front axle and all the hydraulics work i just repainted it and put new decals on it and replaced the ORIGINAL very dry rotted tires! we found a 14,000 dollar Bobcat tractor with 106 hours on it along with a 2004 Ford Excursion and a new Gravely zero turn mower and Pepsi bottles with Pepsi stil inside ! under the basement stairs and cases of mason jars with canned food still sealed but some were rusted! it was so overwhelming we had to get one of those estate pro liqudator companies to come in and they put stuff of like items in milk crate size boxes with 5, 10, 20,dollars then they auctioned the tractor and cars. My stepdads brother never married but had a live in girlfriend so the house and all the stuff inside went to him, i have 4 police scanners from that house, two bearcat s the ones with the scanning red lightsall the way up to the trunking kind about 10 years old even a cheap Soundesighn record player radio with 8 track recorder with a box of never op[ened Elvis and Patsy Cline records! i think because he was in the service and grew up durring the Great Depression so thats why they saved everything.
This is probably the BEST, most interesting urban exploration on youtube!!!! All things you could imagine all in one explore, even solid evidence of illicit drug use!!!! WOW!!!
It's a airstream. Definitely early 60's. The 50's and early 60's have the " door within the door". It looks very similar to my 1962 airstream safari only mine wasn't used as a meth lab;D
Can I go on an exploration with you? You are my favorite urban explorer and I’m proud of you for not looting the sights you explore. I know people say you are breaking and entering and trespassing but you aren’t stealing so I say no harm no foul!
The "silver camper" looks like an old Airstream Trailer. Very popular in the 50s, 60s and 70s. The motor home looks like the old Winnebago. Good stuff guys!
Really awesome video it's a pleasure to watch someone who actually knows how to make a video and actually has a normal interest in the stuff they're looking at enough to keep going open a drawer closet Not Just Walk On By really enjoyed the hell out of it and you actually know some things about some things it makes it easier to watch them what's this what's this thanks for the great entertainment have a great day
Good thing he and/or they didn't come back when you all were there!!!!!!!! Dang, all that stuff left in there was crazy!!!!! That place is a scrap iron person's dream to find all that scrap lol That guy that was with you has the right idea about holding onto that hammer lol Looks like he traded his hammer for a big pipe wrench lol TFS!!!

Blue car, Pontiac Phoenix, a rebadged Chevrolet Citation, Red car, a Pontiac Sunbird, a rebadged Chevrolet Cavalier, back in the day though, it was a Chevrolet Vega/Monza. Thanks for the tour.
what an amazing explore, very unique thats what i love about your channel. you find the most unexplored places that havent been filmed 100 times over. keep up the great work.
Wow!!! Those rations were packed one month before I was born in August of 62. They're 55 years old!!! You'd have to be pretty damn hungry to eat that stuff ~ LOL
Wow what a great find, love the old caravan and the green lampshades ( if thats what they are ) on top of the car, fantastic find guy.. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I bet the junkies that those needles belong to are selling what they can out of that place to support their habit. That's if they are not in jail or dead by now.
Lots of good useful stuff in there. I could use some of the conduit, breakers and breaker boxes. You should do a whole video on some of those Rations? At 22:48, look again that was 23,000+ or -
He was a Electrician - who most likely died. Most of that stuff is worth good money ! All those junctions and conduit. Panels, wire and old breakers, ect... To answer your question: Yes, a lot of it is good. Thanks for the tour !
+Michael Fisher Thanks Michael, everyone says around those years. I was totally clueless exploring this particular building. I'm enjoying reading all the comments from you all.
Government seized property wearhouse. Abandoned, OMG, what a waste! They seized construction sites, drug dealer property, past due taxes seizures, etc. City should have had public auctions for all of that crap. Another sickening waste of our dollars at work, these are probably all over the United States in all major cities. -.-
Deb, I know a guy who used to work as a freelance tow truck driver. He once took a government contract from the city to tow vehicles to impound lots. Never again! He was so overwhelmed with how many vehicles were there that it boggles his mind to this day. And the corrupt city will NOT make even the slightest attempt to return the vehicles to the owners if they're stolen. The cars just sit there and rot in sun. Another reason I hate bureaucrats and wish someone would tow THEIR cars.
The old trailer is an antique Airstream. Worth big bucks. Movie stars made the old ones popular again in the 1990's when they started buying them from salvage and reconditioning them for sleeping quarters on movie sets for filming done outside the studios. Like Arizona Valley and California Desert sites. The Good Sam Club was a club with a fairly inexpensive membership fee. Members had to sign a pledge to stop and aid any other member who displayed their sticker, and was broken down or otherwise in heed of assistance. The old trailer, washed off would bring $10 grand easy from a restoration buyer. The Good Sam Club issued a sticker and a 4 or 5 digit trailer number which was placed on the back above the rear window. If the one you found has either of those markings, it is worth a lot more on the collector market. People with big bucks to spend research history of numbers and then try to contact the last owner or the Archives Site for Good Sam. Then they make up displays around the trailers and go on caravan tours around the country. Google it and you'll find plenty of information. The guys from Antique Archaeology TV found one in a field and the man refused their offer of $10,000 for it. The windows were broken, and the door latches damaged. Frame was all eaten out. The old man who had it had already refused $15,000 for it. If the cars are antique or classics over 25 yrs old, they could be worth thousands each for restoration projects. All the scrap aluminum would fetch a nice check for salvage. At, 20 cents a pound. I say hundreds of pounds on coiled wire and wiring fixtures. Add it up...
OMG!!! Awesome video, The beginning intro and music was just like a big featured awesome movie and this building looks like an electricians abandoned Temple of doom............btw, after the supposedly little meth factory in that old Airstream RV, when you guys came upon that real dirty ass Oldsmobile I was waiting for a walker to pop up inside that car banging on the window to try to get you guys lol! I think I have been watching too much Walking Dead :-)
Bro, you reading those old odometers wrong. Back then they maxed out at 99,999 then they would roll over, once they rolled over to 00000 then they meant you hit 100,000 miles, when they read 23,000 after they hit 99,999 that’s would be 123,000. Kinda hard to tell but I bet the car had either 40,000 or maybe 140,000 can’t tell.
I was waiting for someone to pick up on that. note the last number of the odometer is the one tenth of a mile number, and is excluded while reading the total miles...... And as Truck ocd states they only went up to 99,999 miles before fliping
There is no way that RV had that many miles on it. 99% of the time they have way less than 100,000 miles for like 20 or 30 maybe you misread it. Killer video!!
The silver camper is an Airstream trailer, made throughout the 40's to about the 60's (I think?) as far as I can tell they're pretty valuable and pretty old.
the man that lived there was into some serious electtrical work there about a half million dollars of electrical supplies theres radio station equiment and everything there
If that is a 50's or 60's airstream that would sell for 10-20K as is! Pretty sure they have a factory stamp/plate around the door wuth its manufacturer date etc
Really awesome explore this so much cool and interesting stuff left behind, definitely organised mess here, nice to see you explore with your friend too.
Thanks for another great video Dane. You really did hit a jackpot here. That is a LOT of money just going to waste. Hate to see that. I wish you had got in contact with me about going to a range to learn to shoot. You really need to get a carry permit. Luck is only going to carry you so far. At least I made the offer. I know this is 2017 and doing things like making new friends is a thing of the past now. Getting ready to turn 54 in December and I tell you I miss the old days. If I can ever help all you gotta do is let me know. Hope you are going to do the Rubber Bowl soon as they are getting ready to tear it down. Edwin Shaw Hospital is now 100% gone. The water tower is all that is left. Looks like Chapel Hill mall will be closing soon too. There are so many places in Akron still left to explore. Keep up the great work. Jerry
+TheJer1963 I greatly appreciate the offer. One of these days we'll definitely hang out. I've taken no time off this year to do anything. I'm going over by the rubber bowl soon...i have to schedule a drone test nearby at the small airport. I'm not sure about that one.
Those army rations go for a fair amount of money unopened. They still fetch a fair price if the tin is in fair good condition. It never ceases to amaze me what you can find out there... what people forget or don't care about. Money just sitting around and waiting to be made...
@10.40 That looks to be an Airstream camper - first developed in 1931 - by a guy called Wally Byam made until 2000s. Byam had the idea of making a home on wheels "that moved along the road gracefully like a wisp of air " The model at 10.40 looks like late 1950s early 60s
Crazy. The end of the video I started getting anxious! I'm thinking you guys need to get out of there! Someone could have been watching you the whole time! Creepy!
The Oldsmobile is a Cutlass Supreme. Not sure of the year but, it's an 81-83 model. The other is an early 80s Pontiac Phoenix which was the Pontiac version of the Chevy Ctation.
I had a camper just like the green one. mine was a 26 foot. where that one looks to be the 30 foot. I miss mine and wish i could get my hands on that one, they weren't popular so there few and far between and that one could easily saved
That place has a Few Million in stuff left there. I own a scrap company and there is Millions of dollars in there.. Also a lot of valuable Pvc connection pipes. Whoever owned that had to pass and had no family to leave it too.
Ronnie Lineberry think that be Airstream for campers, Windstream be the phone company and they serve my area. Unbelievable with all the electrical supplies inside there, see some goodies I wish to have.
Wow,, awesome video,, I've subbed :) Please tell me,, what sort of video/gopro do you use as this is just excellent quality ? Thank you from Australia xx
Thankyou Urbex Dane :) Because I'm not well,, I watch a LOT of youtube.. The video you made is the absolute BEST I have ever seen for clarity in dim light.. I mean,, this is absolutely amazing.. It is like looking at everything through your own eyes.. I never knew that a 'camera' could take such amazing video :) Hopefully I have sent some other new subs your way..
You guys are the best urban explorers channel because you don't play hipster music constantly throughout your vids. And you guys are super funny.

As an electrician I can tell you the contents of that place is worth ALOT of money, nvm the airstream and rations.
+DJ RITM I wonder how much because I caught some people doing some sketchy stuff here
An electrician's paradise. Great video.
I no i wish i knew where this place was i would be in seventh heaven. By far
Awesome video Dane! You and your exploring friend make a good team!
Thanks. I was more comfortable than usual with him being there. This was fun.
Urbex Dane➡ I think EVERYONE was more comfortable than usual because he was there. I always worry about you, going to some of the places you've gone because you've not had anyone with you in case something happens or there's a problem and you need help. Just think of the millions of dollars of tax payers money for all this equipment and parts and stuff you found. What a waste. shows how they waste peoples money that we don't even know about !
It's like 1970s hoarder heaven... That silver trailer is worth a lot no matter what condition... Great video!
Wow, great find. So much stuff. That was crazy. That place could keep a tweeker busy forever. Lol
That silver trailer looked like a '60s Airstream camper/travel trailer. The data plate by the door would've provided more info.
plus it's worth $15 to $50 grand
The brilliant condition of the refrigerator tells me it got properly used, very little! I tenatively agree to the value of the Airstream trailer. Best thing there. Oh - and the RV mileage was 23k, not 230k. Chuck in Kansas
Love the mid century modern swag lamps atop the red car
anything built by AIRSTREAM is considered to be the BEST of the best. The one here is very old and rare.
Memory lane my friend. Pontiac 6000 and 3000 I think.
Guess this person doesn't understand that when people have to leave quickly, many things get left behind.... 😕
It's very Sad to see that anyone would have to leave quickly from there own Home or House or mansion or building to leave everything behind.😢
Jackpot!
Why did I expect to see an old guy shuffling through looking for bicycle parts?🙂
What a find.
Like your partner. Low key.
👍🏻

Looks like an Airstream to me, but there were knockoffs too. I agree...very valuable.
I wish I could give it a new a home.
its now a meth lab...lol
No it's not.
It's a airstream. Definitely early 60's. The 50's and early 60's have the " door within the door". It looks very similar to my 1962 airstream safari only mine wasn't used as a meth lab;D

I love your explorations much better than all the other youtube explorers honestly. Idk, you give a really chill atmosphere, 😭love your videos!
Good thing he and/or they didn't come back when you all were there!!!!!!!!
Dang, all that stuff left in there was crazy!!!!!
That place is a scrap iron person's dream to find all that scrap lol
That guy that was with you has the right idea about holding onto that hammer lol
Looks like he traded his hammer for a big pipe wrench lol
TFS!!!
Omg Dane Definitely one of your best!!! You rock every time! missed ya!
17:51 = Pontiac *Phoenix* - the phoenix logo is seen on the dashboard above the glove box. You are correct sir about Chevrolet Citation, the Phoenix was the Pontiac version, and Omega the Oldsmobile version. These were built 1980 to 1984, and didn't change much. The Phoenix in this video might be 1980 or 1981.
Totally an awesome place! So much stuff everywhere. Great video Dane. You n your friend make a good team. Keep them coming.
Magic Mike Blu-ray in the camper😂😂😂
+Brandy Quinn I didn't realize that was the magic Mike movie. Good eye Brandy...thats so funny.
Blue car, Pontiac Phoenix, a rebadged Chevrolet Citation,
Red car, a Pontiac Sunbird, a rebadged Chevrolet Cavalier, back in the day though, it was a Chevrolet Vega/Monza.
Thanks for the tour.
the conversation between 22:07 and 22:22 - priceless!
what an amazing explore, very unique thats what i love about your channel. you find the most unexplored places that havent been filmed 100 times over. keep up the great work.
Now this was an inside ride !!! damn and wow !!!! Thanks so much for sharing this Urbex Dane and stay safe ....
OMG OLD YOU KNOW WHAT THAT'S WORTH ? WOW 💕
Wow!!! Those rations were packed one month before I was born in August of 62. They're 55 years old!!! You'd have to be pretty damn hungry to eat that stuff ~ LOL

$$$ everywhere, steel, aluminum, copper, nice find.
At 14:06 there not bullets. That is a breaker feus. It has sand in it with a wier going to side to side.
Heh. The beginning looks like what I faced cleaning out my father in law's place after he died. Right down to campers and cars. *:-)*
You didn't do a good job.
Some just leave it
Ikr? isn't that crazy, I'm taking all my shit with me when I go.
I bet the junkies that those needles belong to are selling what they can out of that place to support their habit. That's if they are not in jail or dead by now.
The best video yet Bro !!
My guess on the red and blue cars Oldsmobile ..1981 Cutlass red
Pontiac .........1980 Phoenix blue
Correct Sir!
The the upholstery on night couch inside the aerostream screams 1970s I would say late 60s early 70s.
+Michael Fisher Thanks Michael, everyone says around those years. I was totally clueless exploring this particular building. I'm enjoying reading all the comments from you all.

Deb mitchell and there filing themselves TREASPASSING HA HA
Its an electrical warehouse.
is this building in cleveland and how do you find out who owns it or it if can be bought?
+cbrock420 This place is south of Cleveland. My friend in the video knows more about this place.
Tax records will tell you who owns the building
You found a great place! Fascinating video. Thanks for sharing your adventure 😜
That looks like a nice Arrow Stream camp trailer. gut it out and remodel the interior and polish the out side. That would be nice to have.
Unbelievable....amazing explore.....how could anyone have that much stuff....
Those are some pretty cool lights on top of the Oldsmobile!😉
hope you guys had all your shots
I want those lamp looking things on top of that car!
Very neat place and interesting finds. The only question I have is did either of you notice the person standing in the shadows by the rv?
Awesome video Dane, very creepy place but a great find
The old trailer is an antique Airstream. Worth big bucks. Movie stars made the old ones popular again in the 1990's when they started buying them from salvage and reconditioning them for sleeping quarters on movie sets for filming done outside the studios. Like Arizona Valley and California Desert sites. The Good Sam Club was a club with a fairly inexpensive membership fee. Add it up...
kinda wondering how your friend found this place, this was taken back in sept do u plan on going back anytime in 2018 yr
Very nice explore , that place was big.
Fascinating exploration!
Ah. Great video to watch while takin a pooh lol
RoGuExPaNcAkE did it come out alright ? I was gonna say the same thing i just blew my mother n laws toilet had no clue i ate corn
Wow all kinds of cool stuff!
The RV was a Class A motorhome but, wasn't a Winnebago, The motorhome did not have a "W" on it which it means "Winnebago"
The silver camper is an Airstream trailer, made throughout the 40's to about the 60's (I think?) as far as I can tell they're pretty valuable and pretty old.
Wow, nice video! The trailer is easily from the 1940's. Keep those nice videos coming!
Regards, Ody Slim
Why didn't you pop the hood on that citation? Guessing from the gauges it might have been something cool under there
I think the warehouse was empty before meth was invented.
That's EXACTLY what I thought and still think!!
A scrappers dream.
the man that lived there was into some serious electtrical work there about a half million dollars of electrical supplies theres radio station equiment and everything there
Man that airstream camper was cool it looked to be a 50 to 55 a 55 I think I would give anything for it or one in that good a shape man.
If that is a 50's or 60's airstream that would sell for 10-20K as is! Pretty sure they have a factory stamp/plate around the door wuth its manufacturer date etc
That grey vehicle is actually pretty valuable. I remember seeing one on a restauration show
Really awesome explore this so much cool and interesting stuff left behind, definitely organised mess here, nice to see you explore with your friend too.
Where is this place located I would like and wish to travel to it to explore it with my own eyes
Piles of breakers and those Appleton unilet outlet boxes still in packaging.
They are explosion proof boxes, used with rigid conduit.
Michael Terrell I had found one of those boxes at an estate sale and had an receptacle and matching cover that came with.
loved that coleman lamp at 12.17
Oh heck no.... On the plus side I'm glad you have gloves!!
Gotta love that red interior of the car. That place is creepy
+theVHSvlog Thanks man. I can't wait to get the call to come down your way.

To think, cars used to have STYLE, and run reliably.
@10.40 That looks to be an Airstream camper - first developed in 1931 - by a guy called Wally Byam made until 2000s. Byam had the idea of making a home on wheels "that moved along the road gracefully like a wisp of air " The model at 10.40 looks like late 1950s early 60s
+Cheryl Wayne - Kevan I feel so dumb not knowing this stuff. The Airstream was my favorite discovery that night
Whoa man what a find, never seen so much stuff in one place, great explore dude 😲👍
Crazy. The end of the video I started getting anxious! I'm thinking you guys need to get out of there! Someone could have been watching you the whole time! Creepy!
Maybe they were gona built a electrical plant for end times. Or big receiver to reach space. Did you inherit? Or buy property.
All those toys could be used to attract children. If property yours, call cops and let them take drugs out.
Was that rassor wire I could use that keep the neighbors out lol. 💕💕
I miss mine and wish i could get my hands on that one, they weren't popular so there few and far between and that one could easily saved
sweet...so wear is this at...?
That place has a Few Million in stuff left there. I own a scrap company and there is Millions of dollars in there.. Also a lot of valuable Pvc connection pipes. Whoever owned that had to pass and had no family to leave it too.
Brian Payne there is not millions of dollars there man lol ur nuts
You always find cool places to explore thanks for that
Old stream line camper are worth lots who owned this stuff?
Old AirStream Trailer. Probably 1960s model. Worth major $$$$.
They are normally shiny stainless steel.
Damn, weird place and how all that stuff was just left behind. Cool, none the less.
That is an old Windstream camper I'm pretty sure and they're worth big bucks the older the more expensive
Ronnie Lineberry think that be Airstream for campers, Windstream be the phone company and they serve my area. Unbelievable with all the electrical supplies inside there, see some goodies I wish to have.
dennismanbook well that was about a dumbass thing to say yes you are correct it is a phone company Airstream that's what I was thinking
Wow what a nice place I wish I could live in something that nice
Ronnie Lineberry no problem
