Be careful new investor for investment of this project bcz development charges to much higher, No NOC either In Different blocks price's are different at same location chakri it's means development charges are already included in cost of land but they are demanding 100% to150% development charges unfair,injustice and cruelty with the poor promoters/members of BWC.
Which is not accepted.
We are directed to all BWC members to no deposit any penny of such development charges.
It's clear voilation of bidding process.they could have recalled it as per bidding guidelines
