Auriemma shared his thoughts on the team's first practice, reflecting on the challenges and expectations following their controversial loss to Iowa in the Final Four. He emphasized the need to start fresh, especially with the return of key players like Paige Bueckers, who is showing remarkable leadership and tenacity on the court.
Auriemma also discussed the progress of players like KK Arnold and Ashland Shade, noting their improved decision-making and court awareness. Thank for information
Mark,
Great job!!! I’ve been following Coach for 20 years and he’s a great guy and one of the best coaches in Basketball followed by Danny. This year will be fun and if we can stay healthy, the Defense will be scary good.
Thank you John. Appreciate that.
Played high school basketball 🏀 with Sarah strong at Grace Christian in Sanford NC… Gino definitely gone be satisfied… Love you Sarah… our team not the same without you…🏀🏀🏀
She'll be welcome in the UCONN family.
first time..great job Mark
Thank you sir..
Quninones's coaches have compared her skill set to Tamika Catchings, that type of potential.
Love that!

Fresh start with a 5 or 6th year senior? Will PB become an asst coach, if she doesn't make it in the WNBA?
If she goes pros, she will be a 25 yr old rookie!!!
Uconn fans familiar with Gabby Williams? Na!😂
Ofcourse why would you say we’re not? Lol
Well there's already 3 injured ladies that won't be ready at the start of the season!! So is this going to be the Norm every season????
I don’t think so, they are all coming back and will be available this season. Just gotta be patient. Also the big East conference play isn’t going to test them so they’ll have time to work other talented players in the games until the rest are ready
Those three are injured players from last season...don't be so negative...or maybe you know how to recover from ACL in three months?
Geno isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.......please refer to his unhinged rant about CC and how she can't play in the WNBA.....😂😂😂😂 controversial? To who? A floor level view was CLEARLY an offensive foul.....can't spread your legs much wider than Edwards did.....btw....when are UConn fans going to apologize to Gabby Marshall for sending her death threats? Real classy ! SC will repeat...easily.....UConn can't handle the NIL era...nobody wants to play for a control freak anymore...
