How did you mounted the isolator key? Also, did you put the mover on a scale? Mentioned weight on the website differs from the manual. Not sure what to expect. Do you perhaps have compared the mover with other brands (like a small review)?
Followed the instructions step dy step but still no connections between the control and caravan mover this has worked previously with the same controller as was being demonstrated but no movement your or any help would be appreciated
