There is an straight Airways from Delhi to Pakyong.
4. What is the way to visit Sikkim for Arunachalee?
For West Kameng, East Kameng and Tawang District, A night super bus available in Tezpur Pooja and Kirti counters. Bus will take you upto Siliguri and then Siliguri to Gangtok, Sumos are available. But from other districts, passengers can travel through train from Itanagar to Siliguri.
5. Do one need to carry Inner Line Permit for entering the Sikkim state?
No, it's not needed but better to carry IDs.
