Thank you for getting in touch with us, Ketty. We would like to let you know that you will not be able to connect your SCF395/11 Breast Pump to a power bank. The Philips Avent Single or Double Electric Breast Pump can only be used when plugged into a power outlet. Does the pump works with battery mode also

Hi there, Ghouse, thanks for reaching out! The breast pump has a rechargeable battery for pumping on the go without having to worry about a power supply. Our rechargeable battery comes with a micro-USB adapter and lasts up to 3 sessions on a single full charge. Does this answer your question?

Hi there, Ghouse, we were wondering if the above answered your question? Awaiting your reply.

I bought this thinking it is chargeable. It was also mentioned in some videos in this channel that it will give 3 sessions on a 5hr charge. But I just realized that there is no rechargeable battery in this and it is not chargeable also. Customer care also clearly stated that it is not chargeable.

It is so disappointing to know that such a reputable brand have misleading information in their channel. Kindly let me know how you can help me in this.

Hi Ashutosh. Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Philips Avent Electric Breast Pump. The Philips Avent Electric Breast Pump offers a wide range of expression and simulation levels. If the suction does not feel right or comfortable for you, please try a different level. If the suction is still too low after trying to increase the level, try our easy tips and tricks below. Check that the breast pump is clean and dry, and that the white valve is not damaged. Insert the valve securely into the small round hole, making sure that the pointed side is facing downwards. Also, make sure that the silicone diaphragm is not damaged and has been fitted securely into the pump body, with a perfect seal around the rim. If required, wetting the diaphragm can help to make assembly easier. The cushion should also be checked for damage and securely attached to the pump body, with the inner part pressed all the way up to the line. After ensuring the funnel rim is secure with no gaps, make sure that the tube(s) are not damaged and are properly connected to the expression kit and motor unit. Finally, position the pump correctly on your breast to allow for a seal between the cushion and your breast. It's important to note that only parts of the Philips Avent breast pump range should be used together, and not mixed with parts from other breast pumps. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare).
