Quest seems bugged to me, talked to zee-zee, the other NPC disappear after 2 seconds

You can try getting rid of the quest and taking it again. Other people have also reports issues with this quest.

It is just Bartender with masque for the skin of the buttons, zperl unit frames, sexymap, titan panel and details for the dmg meter.
