What helped me with my immune boast was making ginger shots! You should try it!
2 oranges peeled
2 lemons peeled
2 cups of coconut water (or regular filtered water)
1/2 tsp turmeric root
1/8 tsp black pepper.
2 ginger roots.
Blend it all together and strain pulp. Then you’ll have your ginger shots!
(It’s very spicy but effective!)
Idk if the measurements are different where you live so sorry if they are!
