- Join me as I take a morning stroll through the Minami Kamata neighborhood in Ota City, Tokyo. The area near Keikyu Kamata station is bustling with commuters and students rushing to work and school, but as I step into alleyways and side streets the neighborhood quickly becomes quiet and sleepy. There is a charming shrine tucked in beside the Nomi River and a tiny temple just down the street from it. As I walk, I catch glimpses of residents starting their day.
