+fishonfish1 Although do not have a favorite top water lure, I do like the Suick Cisco Kid Topper and of course my favorite shallow crank bait is the small and medium size new Misty Minnows :)
You didn't even have to say buzzards, the wind told the location. Lol ,always blowing at a good clip.looks like you sure had fun you guys laughed so much on this trip.hey ivo, what size t-turn do you suggest for fall salmon in the lake Ontario tributaries? Would the 35lb. Handle the major beating that spawning salmon and steelhead dish out?
+Barry Kuz Hi Barry....yes - it was extremely windy that day so thanks for bearing through this episode :) As for the T-Turns for salmon, the small size is certainly strong enough but i would opt for the medium size as it is rated at 55 lbs and also has larger eyes on it to accommodate heavier line - but either way, you can't go wrong :)
Hi Ivo! another great video thank you! Need you recommendation. What is the best all around lbs test line for pier/saltwater fishing for braid and flouro leader? also which knot is better to connect it? the alberto or double uni knot? thank you.
+Joanne Cameron HI Joanne - the Boa Jigr's work great for Fluke as well - same technique, but suggest using squid or a cut bait drop on the back end of the Boa Jig'r ....artificial bait will work, but squid or cut bait would be better for fluke :)

i use shakespear ugly stik gx2 combo do you think 20 lbs braid and 20 lbs flouro as leader is fine? or should i go lower? thank you.
+Vhon Canlas 20 lb fluoro and braid combo is a very good one as a general combo and the double uni knot is one of my favorites :)
+Thundermist Lures Thank's Ivo!

Hi Ivo, How do the spoons work for fluke? Any difference in technique?
+Joanne Cameron HI Joanne - the Boa Jigr's work great for Fluke as well - same technique, but suggest using squid or a cut bait drop on the back end of the Boa Jig'r ....artificial bait will work, but squid or cut bait would be better for fluke :)
