- In this video we review a Suzuki FX car. We bought the Suzuki FX for 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees only. first I show the Suzuki FX denting and painting before we bought a Suzuki FX in 1 Lakh 50 thousand. The Suzuki FX had fresh paint and it was a very clean car when we bought it. But still we had to go through the process of restoration of suzuki fx. we did the complete front suspension of suzuki FX, we got new leather poshish for the car and we bought new dunlop tyres for the car. the Suzuki FX was stable at high speeds of even 100 km/h. interior and seats of the suzuki FX was very comfortable and it was a good car to drive for a year. but a cheap suzuki FX restoration is not a good car to drive daily, there were many problems, and we had to get Suzuki FX repairing many times. I've subscribed your channel, Nightmare Autos, and this is the first video I've watched on your channel. I could relate to the experience you've had in your FX journey. I also bought an FX car, a 1988 model, in 2020. It was in pretty rough shape and had been used as a taxi. However, I made the decision to invest in some bodywork and a fresh coat of paint. This incurred quite an expense.
I also had the engine restored, and the costs exceeded my expectations at every turn. The car does have excellent fuel economy. I drove it regularly for two years for my daily office commute, and I even used it for office shifts pick and drop. However, last year, due to the spike in fuel prices in Pakistan, I had to stop using the car as I couldn't afford to fill the tank.
I ended up purchasing a new bike. So, in 2023, I've barely driven the car-almost 200 kilometers, at most. The car is quite comfortable compared to a Mehran. Most of my issues with the car are related to its electric wires and works. Often, it would just stall while driving. I'd have to take it to the mechanic or electrician, only to find out that a wire had come unplugged, or damaged and causing the car to stall. This has become a common occurrence, which has deterred me from traveling with my family. My experience is similar to yours but there is no rust issue in my car as yours.
I bought the FX car for 1 Lac rupees, but I've spent an additional upto 3 Lac rupees on various repairs. Despite all the expenses, it doesn't show. The car's market value is still only around 1.5 to 2 Lac rupees.
Electrical issues can be horrendous. And luckily I haven't had to face too many of them.
I actually re-wired the complete wiring harness of my ke-20 corolla. So I know car wiring pretty well at this point.
The economic situation of Pakistan doesn't allow much room for passion anymore, but if you are willing, I'd love to help you out in getting your car reliable and comfortable for the family once more!

Thank you for your kind offer to help. I appreciate your expertise and willingness to assist. However, I've decided to move on from my FX and have a Daihatsu Coure in mind for the future. I've invested a lot in my FX car, but it is valuable for me, as me and my wife learned to drive. I've gained valuable knowledge about car engines, spare parts, repairs, and more. I'm saving up, and God willing, I plan to sell it in 2024 and buy my new car. Thanks again!

Sir jo b kaam achay tareeke se kiya jata hai uska faida hota hai. Waqai aapki ye baat theek hai kay itni purani gaariyan hazard hain on road, and ye wali FX bhi achi halat mai nahi hai.
