Actually, that's only a handful of snake venom types which cause fatality usually. Most snake venom types can inflict considerable damage yes, but it's actually rare for deaths to occur from a lot of snake venom types. I even room with a snake main who has a mild venom attack similar to that of a bee sting.
I once saw a monitor lizard main who works with a bunch of bacteria mains to add the salmonella disease effect to his bite attacks. Human mains quickly learned not to screw with that unless they had a clanmate with support skills on hand. Disease attacks wreck human mains even harder than high-tier venom attacks do, though I'll admit getting good ones that won't also screw you over just as fast is hard. Venom and poison, in comparison, are much easier to obtain, self-produce, and not get killed by. RIP Mad Cows. If you want proof of just how hard disease attacks own humans, just look at human-main clans do in the tropics to drain swamps, bogs, and floodplains. The Anopheles Mosquito and Malaria clan partnership used to own them *hard* until they started wrecking Anopheles's recruiting grounds, and even then, thanks to their partnership the Anopheles still beat more humans than almost any insect clan outside of Africanized Honeybees.

You should make a video on social structures, like Humans', Ants', Termites', Lions', Wolves', Apes', etc. If you did this, i would guess Humans and Ants would take the S grade.
Peeble Kitty Nay the ants win. It's really no contest. If they had the size and intelligence as us we would be so screwed, but seeing as how they seem to remain small at the moment, enjoying their unique advantages in the insect size ecosystem, we will be fine.
One thing TeirZoo doesn't take into account is the environmental mechanics interplay with size. Size doesn't just affect HP and defence. It actually completely changes which physics engine is used for interactions on your character. For example, larger builds actually overheat faster than smaller builds, and are required to put more points into cooling abilities as a result, though this also allows them to lower their metabolism. Similarly smaller builds *must* put points into fur, or else suffer serious cold debuffs unless they put points into sun-bathing. If ants mains opted for significantly larger sized builds, they would be under the effects of a diffrent physics engine and have to completely re-spec and change strategy. Currently the physics engine has no fall damage for ant sized builds, but they would have fall damage if they were larger builds. Similarly, their buildings would need to be larger to accommodate, and they are much less stable on the large size physics engine than on the small size one.
Lmao I am a huge fan of Halo and that intro was hilarious, the Halo: CE sounds effects made it perfect. Btw I love your vids man especially since im a big gamer I love the way you make them. Keep it up man!
If you're using a human build, this is normal. Human type builds have absurdly long tutorials that sometimes last up to 20-something levels. This is because human builds simply have way too much to cover; their overpoweredness in practically every stat that's useful in the current meta is balanced only by its unbelievably complex gameplay. As far as I can tell, most human players don't fully understand its gameplay, if they understand it at all, so they optimize incorrectly and this leads to suboptimal late-game plays. Since you picked this build, I suggest you pay close attention to the tutorial. It may be boring, but it's a tutorial for a reason.
Alex Graban The game goes by many names. Some call it "Reality," others call it "World," etc. The people of /r/Outside call it "Outside," which is what I'm personally gravitating towards. I can't unfortunately go into much detail about Outside, because there's simply so many things to talk about that it'll take me a long while. But the basic premise is that it's a MMORPG with PvP and permadeath. Some players try to enforce a no-PvP rule, but that's by no means a bannable offense. Just beware that the players who support no-PvP will try to enact their own consequences on you if you try PvP with a human build player.
If by piston you mean pistol then yes the pistol shrimp uses fire type moves because the bubble it creates is almost the temperature of the surface of the sun
Seal used Protect! But it failed! Orca used Surf! It's super effective! Seal used Protect! But it failed! Orca used crunch! Seal fainted! Orca gained 69 exp!
So TierZoo, are Horse classes only good for Coop mounts, or are they viable in without Human players supporting them. The class relationships might make a cool episode too!
I still haven’t seen the “Dragon” build everyone is saying is possible. The dinosaur class stopped about 65 mil years back, before the human build even originated, and that’s as close as we’ve gotten. They didn’t even breath fire!
Oh yeah, remember all the weird walkthroughs and theories people posted saying they could unlock the dragon build? Most of them were just like “choose [reptile build] and get to [absurdly high level] and the dragon build will become accessible!” How dumb were those? Tbh I doubt dragons as we imagine them would be very viable. Their speculated absurdly high base stats and ridiculously overpowered abilities are an impossible combination given the amount of evolution points provided, and would have some serious drawbacks and contradictions anyways. Like, for example, their enormous size alone would prevent them from unlocking the flight ability, not to mention the amount of EXP that you’d need to regularly amass in order to use it. I could see them being viable if they were say, dog sized on average, and instead of investing into plated scales they chose snakelike ones instead. Then they may be capable of gliding at least. If someone really wanted a dragon build capable of true flight they could try and spec into hollow bones, but at that point you’re just making a scaly bird. The theoretical dragon build just isn’t worth the trouble of properly balancing it tbh, and imo they’d only rank around high b tier anyways.
@@Corviidei since quetzalcoatlus (giraffa sized) could flight, a human sized dragon (without hollow bones) could fly About the breathing fire ability, its very very hard to develop, but i think its not impossible Also dragons with only 2 legs (wyverns) since there is no vertebrate with 6 members Obs: quetzalcoatlus could glide, and have teories that he could fly using both legs and wings to get enough impulse to flight
I think half those rumors were started by human mains too. There's weird ones as well, like saying you have to play as a carp class fish and jump over a waterfall like a salmon, or live 3000 years as a snail. I almost want to try a playthrough of the carp one just to see if I can. You'd have to take a mutation chance and get *super* lucky, not to mention training mobility from the very beginning.
As a low-tier chemist subclass i would like to correct you. Bombardier mixes hydrogen peroxide with Hydroquinone (Benzene-1,4-diol) which is then oxidized into benzoquinone. Peroxide acts as oxidizing agent in this reaction and subsequently decomposes into water. Anyway great analysis! I was considering teaming up with elemental class, shame they don't posses the "chat" attribute.
I was brushing my teeth when you mention the moves being normal types and then show a page from Bulbapedia. I nearly choked on my toothbrush, I was laughing so hard.
I can only grind on ants. But its not really effective, i got only 2 levels after 2 months. If i get lucky i can get 1/25 of a level if i find a green or red ladybug.

Zack Hahn Koala. Koalas had to spec all of their points into eating eucalyptus, and eucalyptus is a shitty food point source. They also usually have the sexually transmitted debuff “Chlamydia”.
Well from what I know (from this handy dandy wikipedia article en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantis_shrimp#Claws) it might be considered a fighting type move considering the speed and the fact it generates a shockwave.
might be sonic type? could be fire type from extreme heat and light. i know there's a sonic debuff [Deafen] that the Howler Monkey inflicts and a signature sonic move from a creature I can't remember where it's noises come from every direction at once.
sonic type abilities are far and away the most common type of ability in the game, with most players having access to them, but i don't think the pistol shrimp's would count. the shockwave it causes is a result of extreme attack power, which places it safely in fighting type, or potentially making it a rare dual-type, fire/fighting.
It's very useful but too many human players become obsessed with it, and after a certain point it has no more value, or can even hurt you because you're just wasting points, time, and energy.
Archer fish's signature ability is only good for a troll build as it only affects low level insect builds and has no effect on the bulkier mammals near the water surface and fails underwater. They deserve D tier at best.
Insects are pretty common and a basic fish is already D tier so the ability to take down bugs with relative ease from what would seem like a safe position pushes them to C tier
Robert Mugica well yeah, INT can allow even the most physically pathetic builds into something of note. And among warring human guilds it can be the deciding factor in who wins. INT plus some sort of longevity passive and the “teaching” skill is enough to make a species quite a formidable candidate for top build of any given meta.
Yeah, and if you spec into the tech tree builds, with machines as a speciality, you can even get stuff like, bulldozers and cranes … those are just straight up OP in the current meta. And if you combine heavy machinery with weaponry, you can get Mechanical Tanks that a human can use - And that's it, man, you can just *_oneshot_* other players, even some of the very best tank builds will fall to a human in a Mechanical Tank, it's insane, I tell you!
And the taser mod, and the hose mod, and the hydro cutter mod it you have the massive amount of resources and equipment to use that as a weapon. Granted, once you do, you have access to the Metal Gear RAY build, which is highly underrated when compared to the infamous nuclear-based REX build.
god ants are op. Did you see how they deal with flooding-type events? Totally ridiculous for them to give an already extremely high-level insect build the ability to pretty much *ignore* water-type damage when the ONLY REAL PURPOSE OF WATER-TYPE MOVES IS TO BALANCE OUT INSECTS
Do you remember that rumored fantasy expansion from a while ago? How do you think the possible builds from that could be recreated in the current meta? I know dragons were a popular fan-creation that let TONS of players down when the devs said they were never making a fantasy xpac in the first place.
I dont think the dragons can be feasable with the current physics engine. their weight is simply incompatible with the flight skill. also elemental (fire) attack , while present in some of the invertebrae skill trees, connot be specced in the reptile class or any of the vertebrae classes.since they lack all of the skills needed to unlock this move. personally i think the wyvern rumor is more realistic,Albeit without the fire attack.
Marwane Belhaj dragons don't need to fly they can be tanks. Remember there is a living thing similar to dragons today (komodo dragons. They are so up above the top)
@YA YEET "invincible" everything can kill a tardigrade just step on it i dont understand tardograde mains they spend points in things like nuclear explosion resistance but bot in something like an armor or thiccer skin
Can you cover the one and only humans? I want to know how some of them have such advanced active abilities. I saw one player who was able to kick down a tree.
おれむろどアダム that's an example of a human that spec'd into the martial arts skill tree enough to unlock the "Utter Fucking Badass" subclass. The most famous player who did this was Bruce Lee.
Humans can spec in to about any other build using their opposable thumb ability. They also have stupid high int values that let them learn techniques from other species. I'm playing a human and I learned the water gun technique just by watching this video. Now I can catch jungle bugs just like the archer fish.
My friend keeps telling me that there is a secret character known as "Bigfoot" among the "Yeti" class, can you please tell him thats just a rumor started to fool stupid players?
I heard it started because some player took a screenshot of this so-called "Bigfoot" character, but it was really hard to tell it was anything, as he was playing on the lowest settings imaginable!
No, humans builds have an extremely high skill ceiling but most players get caught in its extremely complex gameplay. Only those who get lucky or those who studied the human type gameplay can optimize correctly and build a truly OP character. Nerfing the humans would decrease the incentive to play this build, and with its already complex gameplay, many players would be driven from playing it.
Jutopa No way. The Bacteria build is at the top of the meta right now, it's beyond S rank. The new Antibiotic Resistance perk introduced with the Modern Medicine patch has allowed the Superbug to form. Especially for flesh eating bacteria. Viruses are also a very strong choice right now, the Ebola build had incredible potential but sadly it got nerfed before it amounted to anything great.
There are actually many more elemental moves in the game. People often forget bite is a dark type move. Also most snakes poison fang, a poison type version of bite. Even some plants and frogs learn toxic or poison powder. Most insects learn bug type moves such as bug bite and leech life. Many birds also learn flying type moves like peck, wing attack, roost, and brave bird.
I feel like using the OG runescape music and audio is like cheating. I can't even tell if the video is good cuz I just get all giddy and nostalgic at the sounds. JP, this channel and concept is the amazing!
I absolutely love these videos. They are great brain food for Gamemaster's / Dungeon master'd creativity for homebrewing monsters , encounters and ecologies.
Wtf! you didn't even cover the most OP elemental move in the game! According to data miners, the pistol shrimp's projectile cavitation bubble attack reaches temperatures comparable to that of the sun's surface. Not only is it a fire attack but it also has sonic properties so it inflicts a long lasting stun, it combos into all the other moves the sonic shrimp has and could effectively stun lock its competitors. Personally I think this move is a glitch and will probably get patched in the next update but it is still worth mentioning in this video. PS Archer fish is just a troll class to grief bug players.
You forgot about the Human Gear moves, due to the high intelligent it can use Rocket->Explosion Flamethrower Venom Guns Water Gun (which are useless, unless it is highly consentrated) And the pit trap, which is made by digging and making fake ground, this is mostly a earth move
and dont forget the nuke move a move so powerful that it can wipe out entire servers in one hit a move so powerful that in multiple hits, it could destroy the entire game imagine the lagspike lol
How about the specialized human builds where they can use basically any elemental type moves? If you spec enough into the society tree to create hierarcical guilds called "armies" and then get the help of suport players speced into production and science, you can get very powerful steel type attacks, namely the firearms sub-group of attacks, and porentially also fire type attacks, most notably the flamethrower and napalm attack. Wouldn't these be the ultimate elemental type attacks, seeing as the firearm type attacks were one of the things that made the human class so great compared to most other builds, or do they not count as it takes several players to set up?

You spend too many points buying blue whale. You get a big AOE but it does so little damage all you can kill are tiny krill.
Bottle nose builds are for trolls obviously the best cetacean build is the orca
Dolphin builds have the support ability “cute”, which helps them receive extra bonuses from the main Human players.

And bees
Similarly, their buildings would need to be larger to accommodate, and they are much less stable on the large size physics engine than on the small size one.

bob jones what build are you running?
If you're using a human build, this is normal. Human type builds have absurdly long tutorials that sometimes last up to 20-something levels. This is because human builds simply have way too much to cover; their overpoweredness in practically every stat that's useful in the current meta is balanced only by its unbelievably complex gameplay. As far as I can tell, most human players don't fully understand its gameplay, if they understand it at all, so they optimize incorrectly and this leads to suboptimal late-game plays. Since you picked this build, I suggest you pay close attention to the tutorial. It may be boring, but it's a tutorial for a reason.
bob jones I don't even know what this game is. Could someone tell me?
Alex Graban
The game goes by many names.

Hey, i wanted to ask what would piston shrimp
Be considered? A fire type attack underwater is unique! What are your thoughts on the build?
If by piston you mean pistol then yes the pistol shrimp uses fire type moves because the bubble it creates is almost the temperature of the surface of the sun
He's actually made a guide to moves like this that abuse the physics engine! th-cam.com/video/nnzYZdGFzzM/w-d-xo.html
Scald is a water type move than inflicts a burn.
I would count the Pistol shrimp’s claw snap as a fire/fighting move.
Probably just a water move with a chance of burn

So TierZoo, are Horse classes only good for Coop mounts, or are they viable in without Human players supporting them. The class relationships might make a cool episode too!
I still haven’t seen the “Dragon” build everyone is saying is possible. The dinosaur class stopped about 65 mil years back, before the human build even originated, and that’s as close as we’ve gotten. They didn’t even breath fire!
BlackSwarm 28 Dragon=pterosaur+bombardier beetle
@@Corviidei since quetzalcoatlus (giraffa sized) could flight, a human sized dragon (without hollow bones) could fly
About the breathing fire ability, its very very hard to develop, but i think its not impossible
Also dragons with only 2 legs (wyverns) since there is no vertebrate with 6 members
Obs: quetzalcoatlus could glide, and have teories that he could fly using both legs and wings to get enough impulse to flight
Dinosaurs meta got reworked after patch jurassic.
Totally looking forward to the Orca build ! 😁
That said, this was a totally cool video.

The spitting cobra should deserve at least a mention here or a separate video cuz they have invested in both poison and projectile skill tree
It was mentioned in the snake tier list. It was S tier.
I was brushing my teeth when you mention the moves being normal types and then show a page from Bulbapedia. I nearly choked on my toothbrush, I was laughing so hard.

Zack Hahn Koala. Koalas had to spec all of their points into eating eucalyptus, and eucalyptus is a shitty food point source. They also usually have the sexually transmitted debuff “Chlamydia”.

Does the mantis shrimp's signature move count as elemental?
Do an episode on the megafauna of the Carboniferous Period.
It's a good old physical move. The heat and shockwave are just the byproduct.
It's a multielemental move, fire, water, sound, light, and electricity.
dude the backflip archerfish fx at 2:20 so dope
Yo man, i love these videos, keep em comin. You should do VS. videos where you pit two builds against eachother in PVP. Like Bear vs Tiger

I'm really looking forward to a video exploring the viability of builds that utilise the Eusocial perk. It seems like such a fascinating concept.
Arsonists are just people with high stealth and elemental fire skills
Arsonists are humans who use only Fire type moves.
And low intelligence spec
Ah yes, the financial security buff. A lot of Human players are focused on attaining this.
ntm4
It's very hard to obtain thanks to high greed points and the orangutan sub class known as politician.
Wait didn't data miners mod the game so humans have almost all elemental moves like the flamethrower mod
Dragill The alchemist nah mate, that’s just human dataminers putting their INT to work on crafting skills to mimic elemental moves.
Duncan Urquhart PLUS THEY TAKE NO FALL DAMAGE FROM ANY HEIGHT
Mike Perry big, unarmored ants can get injured and with enough falls die from height.

TierZoo That's the spirit!

I LOVE how you used Pokemon types for this and ALSO how you used the B-2 Spirit as the icon for the Stealth stat.
Bro you combined Pokémon and spore, this would be awesome if there was an actual game like this lol.

Think that human player invested a lot of points in the muay thai spec.
They mostly just gank lowbie trees with badly optimized defenses though.
Screw that, I need to know how you unlock Craft Beggin' Strips. My dog guild could really use that.
you probably have the most innovative channel i've seen lad. i'll gift you an evolution point.

Never considered this before! Would be epic to see animals start using dstuff that differs from the old physical combat
My friend keeps telling me that there is a secret character known as "Bigfoot" among the "Yeti" class, can you please tell him thats just a rumor started to fool stupid players?
Sage the Omnigeek
Some injured bear builds will walk on two legs
I heard it started because some player took a screenshot of this so-called "Bigfoot" character, but it was really hard to tell it was anything, as he was playing on the lowest settings imaginable!
Naw dude its in the criptid tier. Look at tierzoo's criptid tier list for more info
Just letting you know, most criptids suck
Damn orcas have a surf move
Animals: Rarely have elemental abilities
Humans: Laughs
Should humans be nerfed?
No, humans builds have an extremely high skill ceiling but most players get caught in its extremely complex gameplay. Only those who get lucky or those who studied the human type gameplay can optimize correctly and build a truly OP character. Nerfing the humans would decrease the incentive to play this build, and with its already complex gameplay, many players would be driven from playing it.
Jutopa I've heard rumors about this "Nuclear Apocalypse" patch that might nerf humans.
Most human players hoard p2w items
Yes
Seeing that Mantis flail around as the Bombardier Beetle blasted it’s face was liberating.
In Outside, all physical moves are Normal type, with the stronger physical moves being Fighting type.
I feel like using the OG runescape music and audio is like cheating. I can't even tell if the video is good cuz I just get all giddy and nostalgic at the sounds.

They are great brain food for Gamemaster's / Dungeon master'd creativity for homebrewing monsters , encounters and ecologies.
I feel like that akimbo m1887 joke goes waaaay back, unless it's shown up recently and I didn't know about it
Wtf! you didn't even cover the most OP elemental move in the game!
Your videos are creative, in fact, this whole channel is. I never thought I’d find a channel like this! 10/10
It is awesome to see how elemental attacks can work in this game!
And turns out, a good few players use water gun type moves!
What's the current meta on the pistol shrimp?
shaunM248 Exactly. Implosion should count as an elemental build, right?
I think... Heat??
It moves it's claw so fast the water around it boils
Its a supersonic airgun that has concussion and heat debuffs.
It's a sonic blast that heats water hotter than the surface of the sun and AoEs opppos to death via sheer sound.
It's a sonic blast which makes it electric type, but with fire-type debuffs instead of electric type ones.
