Guddu Pulusu Preparation:

Tamarind juice: 👉 Tamarind - 1 Big Indian lemon size
Preparation of Guddu Pulusu:

Cloves - 5
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay leaves - 2
Chopped onions - 250gms (3 medium size)
Chopped green chillies - 8
Curry leaves - half cup
Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes - 150gms (2 medium size)
Salt
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp.
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Fried boiled eggs
Tamarind juice
Water - 200ml
Coriander leaves - half cup
