How much of the errosion of freedom and liberty is related to national endebtedness? Who is owed, how much and by whom? How does taxation become the cancer of the nations? Who created the debt, exactly? Who benefitted from the amount borrowed from institutions that create such from nothing?
Thanks Rachel; nice one. My curiosity is stirred by the claims of some that there is a campagn, GESARA, which is an act, to which most nations are signed up but not implemented yet. Also, sadly, some of the stuff we discover on-line is true, some false and some is a psy-op. I'm trying to evaluate the veracity of that economic stability and reformation act. Question - HOW ARE YOU GOING AFTER THE INDIVIDUAL WHEN THE KOUNCIL SAYS THE KOUNCIL IS VICARIOUSLY LIABLE AND NOT THE INDIVIDUAL ??? how do you go around that ???
Depends what the issue is. All councillors are personally liable - especially the way Damian does it as he writes to them informing them of their duties and gives them ample opportunity to correct what they've done and when they don't, then he takes them individually to court.
@@CCCwatch yes thanks . I was referring to the middle and upper management of Authority .. .. as they simply do not have any compression of rights and only keep to the statute when it empowers them...and ignore if not supportive. ..
I must be thick, this all sounds lovely. I'm sure all councillors think they are working for the common good. Is that correct probably not. Who hasn't got self interest at heart . Democracy it's joke, I don't think I've evolved, but if this was easier to understand I could get behind it
None of us were ever taught this. In essence, we're the boss, not them! We need to start acting like it and so do they... It was never meant to be political or divisive just good people representing the people and taking power away from the monarchy so they couldn't keep going rogue. The Bill of Rights that set all this out is still enacted today - just not enough people know about it... I've done a 10 min summary video a while back explaining it here: th-cam.com/video/GVDorVDonKs/w-d-xo.html
No their first loyalty is to their Party. Obviously this is unconstitutional, and is pretty much what we are in the process of correcting. I'm sure it all does sound lovely to you,and it should because it is all true, and totally provable. You say if it was easier to understand you could get behind it, ... well, you personally must know the difference between right and wrong, freedom and slavery, free will and oppression, etc, etc. England's Common Law and Constitution developed over centuries alongside the evolution of the English People and is on the side of what we instinctively know to be Right, and punishes any transgressions. They limit governing power and that governing power itself comes from the People via their vote. The legislation enacted by the representatives voted for by the People must have the consent of the People, who entrust that consent in their chosen representative who vote for or against that legislation. This process is ancient and the principle is to ensure that we remain a free People. This is what it means when it is said that we are governed by consent. Again all provable. A lot of what the chap in the video was taking about regarding Rights and in particular 'Common Law Rights' is correct. It is what the Common Law was founded on. Read my comment about William Blackstone, which Rachel has kindly pinned. His writings were fundamental in the teaching of law students for centuries and references can found in case law judgements. It's not hard to read if I can read and understand it (D in maths, C in general science, and failed English), lol. Understand that our Constitution has been subverted and at present is unrecognisable to it's original intention and principles. It's knowledge has been all but wiped from the collective consciousness, but we are searching it all out and have quite an understanding from the archives.
I am in awe of you guys and gals the way you deal with it all is awesome. If only there was an idiot guid to challenging them I’d use it lol. Love it please keep teaching by doing, respect
Lawyers aren't taught rights. However, gaining a qualification in Human Rights is a big help to advancing up the greasy pole. There is no requirement to use rights as a defence.

Are these rights applicable to western Australia. Do we follow our own constitution in Australia or are they based on the crown and us being part of the Commonwealth. Thankyou
I have no idea on that one - so I asked AI... make of this what you will and do check it! Australians and people in the United Kingdom share many similar rights, but there are differences due to the distinct legal and constitutional frameworks in each country. Here are some key points of comparison: Common Rights Both Australia and the UK uphold many fundamental rights and freedoms, including: Freedom of Speech: Both countries value freedom of speech, though it is subject to limitations such as laws against hate speech, defamation, and incitement to violence. Right to a Fair Trial: Both countries have robust legal systems that ensure the right to a fair trial and due process. Freedom of Religion: Both countries guarantee freedom of religion and the right to practice one's faith. Right to Vote: Citizens in both countries have the right to vote in democratic elections. Differences Written Constitution: Australia: Has a written constitution that outlines the structure of government and some protections for rights. UK: Does not have a single written constitution but relies on statutes, common law, and conventions. Explicit Rights Protections: Australia: The Australian Constitution includes some specific rights, such as the right to trial by jury for federal offenses and the right to freedom of religion. However, it does not have a comprehensive Bill of Rights. Rights protections are primarily found in statutes and common law. UK: Rights are protected through various statutes (e.g., the Human Rights Act 1998, which incorporates the European Convention on Human Rights into UK law) and common law. The Bill of Rights 1689 and Magna Carta are historical documents that influence the UK's legal system. Human Rights Act: Australia: Does not have a national Human Rights Act, though some states and territories have their own human rights legislation (e.g., the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities). UK: The Human Rights Act 1998 is a significant piece of legislation that incorporates the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic law, providing a broad range of protections. Indigenous Rights: Australia: There are specific issues related to the rights of Indigenous Australians, including land rights and recognition of traditional laws and customs. Recent efforts include discussions around constitutional recognition and a potential Indigenous Voice to Parliament. UK: Indigenous rights are not a prominent issue, but there are ongoing discussions about the rights of minority groups and devolution in regions like Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Conclusion While Australians and people in the UK enjoy many similar rights, the mechanisms for protecting and enforcing these rights differ. Australia's written constitution provides a specific legal framework, whereas the UK's rights protections are dispersed across various statutes, common law principles, and historical documents.
Ok, so at 58 to 59 min in.... It will be a private company employed by the Council. As a private company it cannot issue fines. The notice is effectively an invoice. However, you have not contracted with the private company. You have your rights as the presenter here says.
Excellent video . But I think a lot of people are not going to pursue their rights since it takes money and legal professionals to take on the council and such like especially if you are not that good at writing professional sounding letters . If someone has child school attendance problems with LEA threats involved first thing to do is deregister the child. There is nothing in law that says a child must be registered at a school or must attend a school facility for educational purposes. The law simply states a child must receive an education suitable for the particular child & if a child is registered at a school the child must turn up at the school regularly. The only legal lever the LEA has relates to the situation where a child registered at a school doesn't attend that school. Of course, the LEA & the school will always fail to spell out to the parent the options & what the law actually says in a non attendance of a a school registered child situation.
You are required to register them as home schooled if they do not attend schools. Or are you suggesting witholding education from a child entirely? That is certainly wrong.
@@StudentDad-mc3pu There is no requirement to register a child as home schooled. Not forcing a child to attend a Govt funded facility does not mean the child is not receiving an excellent education.
@@paulpaul9914 You are RIGHT! However, there is a statutory duty (very losely defined) for parents to provide a 'suitable' education for their children and there are penalties for failing to do so including prosecution, fines and even imprisonment (although I know of no cases of this recently).
@@StudentDad-mc3pu Appropriate education for the individual, it's actually impossible to prove that the education provided was not excellent or was excellent for the particular individual being educated. So the thoroughly woolly, as written law, of course cannot be used to initiate prosecution of a parent based on some random stinky (& possibly perverted extremist) screaming chimp's (at the LEA) random & evidencless assertion that a particular individual could have had a better education.

As I understand it no one does. The Bill of Rights was enacted by a 'convention parliament' which did not include the Monarch. An ordinary parliament consists of the Lords, Commons AND the Monarch. Therefore that legislation was not created by an ordinary Parliament and so they have no lawful authority to make changes to what they did not create. But they have, ... twice. They repealed a whole section and wording from another. This was not mentioned in the video!

How much of the errosion of freedom and liberty is related to national endebtedness? Who is owed, how much and by whom? How does taxation become the cancer of the nations? Who created the debt, exactly? Who benefitted from the amount borrowed from institutions that create such from nothing?

My curiosity is stirred by the claims of some that there is a campagn, GESARA, which is an act, to which most nations are signed up but not implemented yet.
Also, sadly, some of the stuff we discover on-line is true, some false and some is a psy-op.
I'm trying to evaluate the veracity of that economic stability and reformation act.
I'm at about 30% confident it's true at the moment.

I do appreciate your channel and all that you do.

Please interview the wonderful Gordon ( calm chap), that spoke at the council meeting regarding Magna Carter, our rights & history.

Are any of you going to the hustings at the Mercury on Thursday? It would be a great event to give out leaflets on Colchester Watch.
Oh yes, great idea - I'll find out - I know Colchester Mum from Twitter is going but I don't know if she has any leaflets - I can't cope with the listening to the BS so not going to bother!
@@CCCwatch I'm going, managed to get tickets directly from one of the candidates. First I'd heard about it, was in the Gazette and the Mercury website says all of the tickets have gone. It will be packed. It will be interesting to see who is there. I'm looking forward to it, first time at a hustings. Although I will find it difficult to keep my mouth shut. LOL The problem in council is that a year doesn't give enough stability for the community. So for instance when I complained about them getting rid of the bus station and replacing it with First Site, the response was those councillors have gone now. Hence, no responsibility or accountability.

Brilliant as always❤️can I ask you to share your thoughts on the parliamentary Bill being put through for disestablishment of the church of England? Will they use the Bible in a court if that goes through?
I don't actually know about that!! I'll have to look into it... You can see why they'd want to do so as the Bill of Rights is tied in... And yes, good question!

9th circuit court of appeal in america, “The Vacine was not a Vacine”.
Is the bill of rights a legal or lawfull declaration ?
As i would think it a lawful declaration.
Last week I used the AI (Almighty Intelligence) of ChatGPT to make a compelling defence quoting UDHR / ECHR against sanctions for appeal
Here are some key points of comparison:
Common Rights
Both Australia and the UK uphold many fundamental rights and freedoms, including:
Freedom of Speech: Both countries value freedom of speech, though it is subject to limitations such as laws against hate speech, defamation, and incitement to violence.
Differences
Written Constitution:
Australia: Has a written constitution that outlines the structure of government and some protections for rights.
UK: Does not have a single written constitution but relies on statutes, common law, and conventions.
Explicit Rights Protections:
Australia: The Australian Constitution includes some specific rights, such as the right to trial by jury for federal offenses and the right to freedom of religion.
Human Rights Act:
Australia: Does not have a national Human Rights Act, though some states and territories have their own human rights legislation (e.g., the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities).
UK: The Human Rights Act 1998 is a significant piece of legislation that incorporates the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic law, providing a broad range of protections.
Indigenous Rights:
Australia: There are specific issues related to the rights of Indigenous Australians, including land rights and recognition of traditional laws and customs.
Conclusion
While Australians and people in the UK enjoy many similar rights, the mechanisms for protecting and enforcing these rights differ. Australia's written constitution provides a specific legal framework, whereas the UK's rights protections are dispersed across various statutes, common law principles, and historical documents.
Thankyou Rachael,
We are catching up with an awake Lawyer.
Will keep you posted.

Ok, so at 58 to 59 min in.... With the Council & Fines, i dont think he is figuring in the commission of the Mayor or Chair of the council and the Councillors who are equal to Elected Jurors.. the council took over matters of civil requests but it is not the civil court which is usually for private matters. Its true they use the court for enforcenent. But the council has powers they make orders under the mace
Top marks❤
iv been trying to tell people you have a god given right to food because you are at work and cannot grow your own therefore its the governments duty to provide us with food but they charge us for food yet you have earnt it and already paid for it with your energy and labour. same goes for an abode you work you dont have time to build one so its the governments duty to provide you with one.
That is nonsense, though. What about the people who grow the food, who pays them? Get a grip.
@@StudentDad-mc3pu how have you ended up at this conclusion
@@RTDLSlotRacingClub Growing food is work. The people who grow it are 'at work' the same as you. It's clear and simple. Food costs human labour to grow (and fertiliser and machines and land which is property) so you need to pay for it.
Question, is it called a parking charge, not fine for a reason, can you clarify. And the video was very good and certainly not boring.
I don't think it matters what they call it if they are extorting money out of you! 😉 With parking, you have to know if it's on public or privately owned land... Damian isn't around to ask at the mo but hopefully, someone else will be able to give you a more definitive answer!
It will be a private company employed by the Council. As a private company it cannot issue fines. The notice is effectively an invoice. However, you have not contracted with the private company. You have your rights as the presenter here says.
SierraNovemberKilo, thank you for your response can you elaborate please.
@@StudentDad-mc3pu
There is no requirement to register a child as home schooled.
@@alfreygreen I beg to differ.
@@StudentDad-mc3pu
Appropriate education for the individual, it's actually impossible to prove that the education provided was not excellent or was excellent for the particular individual being educated. So the thoroughly woolly, as written law, of course cannot be used to initiate prosecution of a parent based on some random stinky (& possibly perverted extremist) screaming chimp's (at the LEA) random & evidencless assertion that a particular individual could have had a better education.
so does a parking fine have to be issued by a court - and if they do so without a court order have they then broken the law ?
ah - i see it is breaking the law
They are not fines, they are charges issued by a company - if they go to court it is a civil action.

The Constitution is the Solution. ;)
Who had the authority to change the wording in the bill of rights ?
Good point! Though perhaps adjusting the spelling to a modern version doesn't matter 🤷♀
