PART 1 - Best of Maligayang Pasko In The City of Love - Iloilo Provincial Capitol

I've been traveling around the city in search of the return of the love and magic of the famous Filipino 'ber' months pageantry. It appears that here in Iloilo City the spirit of the holidays have once again returned the spectacular pageantry and brilliant displays of color since the pandemic. I just love this stuff!
